About the role
- Maintain a welcoming, well-stocked, and safe workplace environment including reception, kitchen supplies, and guest experience; support recruiting and onboarding activities such as interview coordination and new hire setup
- Continuously refine processes, systems, and workflows to make the office more efficient, resilient, and employee-friendly
- Plan and manage engaging team events and activities that foster collaboration, culture, and morale
- Act as the primary point of contact for office needs, supporting employees, resolving issues quickly, and coordinating contingency plans
- Implement office policies, manage vendors, and ensure efficient use of space, equipment, and supplies within budget
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or administrative support at a high-growth company
- Strong communicator with a positive, welcoming presence that represents Voltage Park’s values
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with excellent time management skills
- Skilled at working cross-functionally and building strong relationships across teams
- Proactive in evaluating and improving processes, documentation, and training to support scale
- Able to manage the physical aspects of the role (e.g., lifting, standing) while keeping the office running smoothly
