• Partners with HR, TSG, Base Operations, and Air Operations to ensure workforce readiness, equipment availability, facility preparedness, and overall operational safety.
• Leads initiatives to achieve zero safety incidents and full compliance with regulatory and company procedures.
• Reviews and analyzes daily operational reports to manage service performance, productivity, and adherence to flight schedules.
• Conducts hub presort briefings to communicate aircraft requirements, dispatch updates, coordination items, and operational priorities.
• Manages cost performance and ensures CPP cost per piece targets are achieved.
• Identifies efficiency opportunities in labor, vendor utilization, equipment use, and process improvements to optimize cost while sustaining service quality.
• Oversees contingency planning and makes real time decisions during disruptions such as weather events, absence spikes, or air traffic restrictions.

Hub Sort Manager

Account Executive

• Searches and develops potential clients to meet monthly sales targets.
