• Collect and assess blockchain intelligence data by partnering with Intelligence team members

Compliance

• Develop scalable and sustainable processes and tools for normalized controls, collecting audit evidence, monitoring controls, and conducting gap analyses.
• Manage TRM’s existing security compliance and certification lifecycle (e.g., SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001/27701, FedRAMP, CMMC) while planning for and prioritizing future compliance needs.
• Operationalize the GRC program to maintain our regulatory certifications.
• Manage customer due diligence requests including developing and maintaining security collateral for customers (e.g., SIG, CAIQ).
• Conduct enterprise risk assessments and manage the risk registry.
• Develop a vendor risk management program.
• Identify areas for improvement based on input from customers, the go-to-market teams, and overall business objectives. Anticipate customer needs with respect to compliance and due diligence.

Compliance Engineer

Security Engineer

• Engineer secure-by-default endpoint baselines for macOS and Windows Endpoints, including encryption, firewall, application controls, device compliance, and configuration standards.
• Automate and scale identity and access controls in Entra ID and Google Workspace (SSO, SCIM, conditional access, privileged access workflows, access reviews, joiner/mover/leaver).
• Codify security controls as code (Terraform/configuration profiles/policy-as-code), with peer review, change history, testing/rollback, and measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain automations and integrations (e.g., n8n/SlackOps/APIs/scripts) that reduce manual access grants, speed up control changes, and eliminate repetitive workflows.
• Harden SaaS and collaboration platforms by reducing unmanaged apps and enforcing strong authentication, least privilege, sharing controls, and data protection guardrails.
• Improve visibility and detection by ensuring logging coverage and telemetry for endpoint, identity, and key SaaS applications (e.g., Defender/Sentinel and vendor logs where relevant).
• Drive vulnerability and configuration drift reduction through patch compliance targets, remediation pipelines, and reporting that leadership can act on.
• Partner with compliance and risk stakeholders to produce evidence, document controls, and operationalize requirements without creating brittle, manual processes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation (every ~3 weeks) for escalations related to identity, endpoint security, and critical enterprise systems.

Enterprise Security Engineer

• Build and own a high-velocity talent pipeline, consistently generating qualified, cleared candidates for priority roles.
• Run recruiting like a sales funnel, managing top-of-funnel sourcing through close, with a focus on conversion, speed, and quality.
• Act as the primary closer for hard-to-hire, security-cleared candidates—overcoming objections, creating urgency, and driving offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging market intelligence and personalized messaging to engage passive talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers as a deal team, aligning on priorities, tradeoffs, and hiring strategy to hit aggressive goals.
• Continuously optimize recruiting performance, using data and feedback to improve outreach effectiveness, funnel health, and time-to-close.

Data Scientist

• Design, build, and productionize machine learning models focused on:
• Knowledge extraction from unstructured data (e.g., NER, entity linking)
• Graph-based learning and inference
• Entity resolution and relationship discovery
• Evaluate and leverage existing ML models and frameworks to solve real-world problems efficiently
• Partner closely with backend and graph engineers to integrate ML models into production services and APIs
• Contribute to the design and evolution of knowledge graphs and ontologies
