Manager, Vacation Package Sales – Travel Team

Business Operations

• Provide Product Yield Management (PYM) operational support via phone, Microsoft Teams, email, and other platforms, ensuring timely responses and adherence to service standards.
• Support sales and marketing performance by managing system initiatives, including system integrity reviews, testing (UAT), training, vendor coordination, and implementation of enhancements.
• Communicate system updates, business changes, and provide post-launch support to internal teams, vendors, and field users.
• Partner cross-functionally to evaluate systems, processes, and compliance with company policies; recommend improvements and communicate key initiatives to field teams.
• Create and distribute communications (memos, updates) related to sales systems, programs, policies, and operational initiatives.
• Manage Salepoint inventory, monitor balances, and adjust inventory to align with site needs and Sales Plan requirements while driving process improvements and supporting team performance.

• Assist Travel + Leisure Information Technology (IT) Governance, Risk, & Compliance organization
• Comply with T+L’s governing IT Security Policy & Standards
• Support Services: Policy Violation Support, Vulnerability Support, Legal Support, Security Awareness, eGRC Support, Advisory Services
• Policy Governance: Policies, standards, guidelines, and exception processing
• Compliance Monitoring: PCI, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA
• Internal Compliance Reviews: Vendor, solution, 3rd party risk, M&A reviews
• Travel Requirements: 5% for onsite reviews and conferences

Accounting Manager

• Assists and supports the Accounting group by generating and posting journal entries.
• Performs balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Acts as liaison with Accounts Payable including researching invoicing and checks.
• Timely research and resolution of reconciling items with exceptions reported to management for review and consultation.

Security Engineer

• Provide strategic leadership on cloud security through the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native security architectures
• Develop and maintain cloud security reference architectures, patterns, and guardrails leveraged across the enterprise
• Define and govern cloud security standards, policies, and procedures
• Partner with Application Architects, Platform Engineers, and DevOps teams to embed security by design into cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines
• Build and maintain cloud security strategic roadmaps
• Evaluate cloud platform and infrastructure projects for alignment with security, compliance, and cloud-native best practices

• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends.

• Support the Manager in overseeing daily field sales operations across assigned venues and events
• Serve as a professional brand ambassador and sales leader for Travel and Leisure Vacations
• Actively engage in face-to-face package sales, guest interaction, and vacation package promotion
• Provide on-the-spot coaching, guidance, and feedback to Vacation Sales Agents
• Assist with onboarding, training reinforcement, and performance development of new and existing agents
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor individual and team performance against established production goals
