• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques

Sales Representative

Compliance

• Support day-to-day privacy operations, including data subject rights requests, such as access, deletion, and correction requests and maintaining metrics
• Maintain and update records of processing activities and data inventories
• Assist with privacy intake questionnaires, impact assessments, and vendor assessments
• Support development and maintenance of privacy policies, procedures, and training and awareness materials

Events

• Manage event intake and processing by accurately handling submissions from Event Marketing Specialists
• Generate telesales, verification, and fulfillment scripts
• Create corresponding Journey Offers to ensure proper event setup and readiness for sales activation
• Process and book Special Events deals in Journey
• Maintain Journey Offers by updating dates, managing tour slots, linking records, and adding guests to ensure accurate event availability
• Provide event support by managing cancellations, reschedules, refunds, fees, and no-shows
• Generate manifests; resolve transaction alerts
• Handle daily account processing, past-due verification, retail charges for no shows, and pulling Journey reports
• Create and distribute event confirmation letters by validating daily reports, performing mail merges, and resolving undeliverable communications

Event Operations Coordinator

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events aligned with company objectives and departmental guidelines.
• Manages all event logistics including venue procurement, entertainment booking, dining arrangements, transportation, and vendor partnerships.
• Ensures all events stay within budget and deliver exceptional guest and stakeholder experiences.
• Serves as a key liaison between internal teams, site leaders, guests, and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Collaborates closely with field sales and marketing teams to identify latent opportunities to increase onsite owner tour participation through strategic event offerings.
• Works hand-in-hand with these teams to align on high-revenue producing events that resonate with owners and drive high guest satisfaction scores.

• Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Lead the selection and implementation of a new HRIS, including project planning, timeline management, and coordination with vendors.
• Continuous evaluation of the HRIS for opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, and functionality.
• Manage relationships with HRIS vendors, including negotiating contracts, monitoring service levels, and ensuring system updates and maintenance are performed as required.
