• Connect with customers who stay at Wyndham Hotels or have registered for special promotions
• Sell approved vacation packages to customers over the phone
• Explain the details and sales terms of vacation offers
• Determine guest eligibility to qualify for and purchase timeshare offers
• Answer all customer questions appropriately and effectively
• Schedule reservations and accommodations when customers book vacation packages
• Perform paid remote training prior to start
• Work from home, from the Orlando Southpark Center Office, or a hybrid combination based on business needs and candidate preference

Outbound Sales

Account Executive

• Conduct presentations via Zoom to owners
• Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
• Articulate the benefit of traveling with Travel + Leisure
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
• Use company-provided, prequalified leads (No Cold Calling)
• Attend ongoing advanced sales and career training
• Participate in incentive competitions, recognition awards and rewards programs
• Work as part of the Virtual Sales Team based at the Orlando, FL sales office

Sales Representative

• Receive inbound calls transferred from various sources to promote company products
• Sell approved vacation packages to customers over the phone (15+ locations including Hawaii, California, Florida, and more)
• Explain the details and sales terms of vacation offers
• Determine guest eligibility to qualify for and purchase timeshare offers
• Answer all customer questions appropriately and effectively
• Provide outstanding service to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
• Work from home, on-site at Southpark Center Office in Orlando, or a hybrid arrangement based on business needs
• Complete six weeks of training and follow the post-training evening/weekend schedule

Business Analyst

• The Business Analyst will help drive the success of the business by providing business analyses and analytical solutions to guide management and operational decision-making.
• The individual will work on projects dealing with key performance metrics tracking, financial and business assessments of potential strategic initiatives, business forecasting and modelling, merchandising and other ad hoc requests.
• The solutions could range from dashboards in advanced BI content to exploratory analysis and impact assessments that leads to strategic recommendations.
• This position will work collaboratively with associates across different levels, functions, business units and regions to support all brands.
• This is a remote role with occasional onsite presence required.
• Individuals must reside in a commutable distance to Orlando, FL.
• How You'll Shine: Decision Support – Take owner, customer and transactional data to develop recommendations that assist business decisions pertaining to but not exclusive to owner/customer behavior, inventory/business performance, campaign management and Marketing spend decisions.
• Deep Dive Analysis – Define which data will be needed to understand product and business performance, and to answer questions posed by stakeholders.
• Recommend courses of action based on the data gathered.
• Reporting/Innovation – Works closely with the Business Intelligence Team to create meaningful and insightful reporting that tracks and measures performance across a variety of business units and drive actions, while identifying areas of opportunity to improve reporting efficiencies.
• Exploratory Analysis/Modelling – Responsible for collection, cleaning and processing of data to identify patterns and trends to answer business questions and improve decision making process.
• Communication – Communicate findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaboration – Collaborate with fellow team members as well as external teams in sales and marketing, finance, inventory/revenue management and others on projects and new business initiatives.
• What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, or closely related field.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to extract, manipulate and analyze data to provide strategic and actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Travel/Hospitality experience a plus, but not required
• Diligent, driven and demonstrates intellectual curiosity driving high quality analytical insights
• Ability to combine technical expertise with business acumen and communication skill to design, develop and communicate solutions to complex business problems is required.
• Educational or work experience in utilizing quantitative data analysis, statistics & data mining to solve business problems.
• Strong knowledge of programming language such as SAS, SQL, Snowflake or Python
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required
• Sufficient in one of the advanced visualization tools is a plus: Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Two (2) years of experience in an analytical role in sales & marketing, finance, inventory/revenue management, strategy, consulting or related field
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
