Key responsibilities & impact- Use an effective soft collections approach to calls
- Influence customers to a win-win resolution
- Contact debtors by telephone, both incoming and outgoing calls to negotiate and collect past due monies

Requirements
What you’ll need- You graduated high school or have your G.E.D

- You have at least 1 year contact center experience
