About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
- Engage, excite, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
- Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
- Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
- Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings
- Keep current on marketing information and materials, as well as industry trends
- Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required
- A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for 4–6 hours at a time, both indoors and outdoors
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
