• The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for promoting, influencing, and selling Topcon’s Diagnostic and Refractive instrument platform in a designated territory.
• The ASM will be expected to travel at a minimum of 50% of the time within the territory and attend local and national trade shows as scheduled, including weekends.
• The ASM must become knowledgeable in both the clinical and technical application of all products and remain current on new advances, concepts, products, etc.
• The primary territory for this ASM is Colorado and the candidate must reside in Colorado.
• Promote and sell Clinical Diagnostic instruments such as OCTs, retinal cameras, topographers, refraction systems, and Topcon’s Harmony Healthcare Digital Management System.
• Develop an annual business plan to be modified and/or updated quarterly.
• Responsible for effective territory planning and regular activity to achieve the maximum efficiency of time to prospect and cultivate new accounts, develop current accounts, obtain orders, and produce adequate sales volume to meet outlined sales goals.
• Effectively communicate with sales management and various departments within Topcon (Customer Service, Product Service, Marketing, Finance, etc.) on competitive issues, territory issues, status of orders, and complaints following the Topcon QMS processes.
• Conduct routine instrument demonstrations weekly while tailoring presentations and materials for specific customer needs and requirements.
• Maintain continuity with the customer as a consultant, source of information, problem solver, and educator.
• Maintain high-quality account profiles in our CRM (ongoing).

Area Sales Manager

Product Manager

• Collect and synthesize feedback from key opinion leaders (KOLs), customers, and internal stakeholders
• Conduct focus groups, site visits, and field observations to identify unmet needs and workflow gaps
• Develop clear, differentiated product messaging and value propositions tailored to target customer segments
• Create and review marketing collateral, digital content, and campaigns in partnership with marketing teams
• Lead downstream execution of product launches, ensuring readiness across sales, service, and marketing teams
• Develop and maintain launch materials, timelines, and cross-functional alignment
• Collaborate closely with sales, CAS, and sales engineering teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth
• Monitor product performance in the field and address customer and sales feedback related to product quality and usability
• Contribute to continuous product improvement through structured feedback loops
• Partner with R&D and Program Planning to support new product development and enhancements

Product Manager – Refraction

Support Engineer

• Instalación, reparación, calibración, soporte y puesta en marcha de sistemas GPS Y LPS para guiado y automatización de maquinaria de construcción en la zona Norte de España.
• Colaboración con otros compañeros del equipo para la resolución de las incidencias.
• Comunicaciones por mail o Teams en inglés con nuestro departamento de Professional Services para el reporte de incidencias o mejoras, solicitud de ayuda, etc.
• Revisión de los equipos a instalar previa a la realización de cada instalación.
• Comunicación fluida con el responsable de soporte y comercial de zona para optimizar la planificación semanal.
• Fabricación de cables/arneses según esquemas.

Técnico Instalador y de Soporte para Sistemas de Control y Guiado de Maquinaria de Construcción

• Instalación, reparación, calibración, soporte y puesta en marcha de sistemas GPS Y LPS para guiado y automatización de maquinaria de construcción en la zona Norte de España.

• Support other opportunities as needed to ensure the company meets its contract and revenue targets
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients onsite
• Draft proposals and ROI presentations
• Negotiate the business terms of agreements
• Represent the company at business meetings and conferences as required to promote the organization
• Provide feedback and input on the sales design, marketing materials and promotional programs
• Promote positive relations with partners as needed to aid the organization’s growth
• Document all aspects of sales activities in Salesforce.com
• Other duties, as assigned

• Prepare written sales planning materials regarding potential customers and forecasting
• Develop new customer accounts by selling and promoting the value of Topcon products
• Develop strategies for the adaptation of Topcon technology
