Security Engineer

• Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate security throughout the development lifecycle and drive security initiatives across our stack.
• Leverage AI and automation to scale product security coverage, matching the pace of AI-assisted development across engineering.
• Design and implement security controls and architecture that scale with our growing product portfolio.
• Conduct comprehensive security reviews and threat modeling to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities, including risks introduced by AI-generated code and AI-powered features.
• Contribute to our vulnerability management program, including triaging bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure reports and driving remediation efforts.

Product Marketing

• Own and evolve our narrative for public sector
• Build the narratives, playbooks, and resources that enable our public sector and regulated teams to be successful
• Serve as the primary product marketing contact for compliance initiatives including FedRAMP
• Partner with the platform team to deliver product launches and releases to regulated audiences
• Create the assets, including pitch decks, white papers, blogs, compliance briefs, and tech specs, that build Tines' credibility and presence in regulated markets

• Evolve Tines' organic social strategy (primarily LinkedIn), experimenting with new formats and launching social native campaigns

• Drive security projects that facilitate the business function and protect our customers, brand, & employees.

Support Engineer

• Handling incoming technical queries via IM and email
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries, including but not limited to API integrations, systems issues, network and security-related impediments, 3rd party integrations, and multi-product workflows
• Resolve product or service problems by exploring the client's request, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
• Interpreting API documents and creating Tines workflows
• Build strong relationships with other team members within Support and the wider company, acting as the voice of the customer
• Configuring and implementing authentication types like OAuth and JWT
