About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid acquisition across multiple channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing
  • Proven experience owning and scaling paid acquisition programs across multiple digital channels
  • Deep hands-on expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads
  • Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, audience targeting, bidding strategies
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
  • Experience partnering with agencies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, RevOps, Sales, and other key business stakeholders
  • Strong creative judgment
  • Curiosity about AI and modern marketing technology
