About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid acquisition across multiple channels
- Manage and optimize campaigns
- Serve as the strategic paid acquisition partner for Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, ABM, and Web Marketing
- Partner with Regional Field Marketing teams
- Support Revenue Marketing's acquisition goals
- Partner with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Web Marketing
- Own paid media reporting, performance analysis, budget recommendations
- Manage agency partners
- Continuously evaluate new channels, technologies, AI-enabled workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing
- Proven experience owning and scaling paid acquisition programs across multiple digital channels
- Deep hands-on expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads
- Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, audience targeting, bidding strategies
- Experience managing significant paid media budgets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
- Experience partnering with agencies
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, RevOps, Sales, and other key business stakeholders
- Strong creative judgment
- Curiosity about AI and modern marketing technology
