About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex global commercial negotiations with enterprise customers, strategic partners, vendors, and channel partners
  • Serve as a legal advisor on strategic commercial transactions involving security, privacy, compliance, product, and operational risk considerations
  • Help design, implement, operationalize, and mature Tines’ global compliance and governance programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • J.D. degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
  • 7+ years of relevant legal experience, including significant experience in-house and/or at a law firm supporting technology companies
  • Experience supporting global legal, compliance, privacy, and/or governance initiatives
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise customer expectations
  • Ability to balance legal risk with practical business considerations in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
