Account Manager

• You will lead commercial partnerships and strategic execution for the Telegraph Affiliates team with full ownership of monetisation across the Telegraph’s affiliate content.
• You’ll be responsible for driving commercial growth across Recommended (the Telegraph’s product review vertical), Hotels and Vouchers by maximising critical KPIs relating to monetisation (EPM, CPA) as well as supporting the Affiliates Director with the strategy and direction of these areas, in addition to new business opportunities, to achieve or exceed revenue budget.
• You will be in charge of negotiating with our partners to ensure we get optimal terms, building strong working relationships with our Editorial teams, and positioning the Telegraph as best in market for content-led eCommerce.
• Revenue and rate optimisation responsibility: delivering revenue growth by growing critical KPIs
• Partner management: build strong working relationships with partners that support and deliver our affiliate revenues, build effective commercial agreements with partners and manage them proactively
• Sales proposition and product development: create a market leading suite of commercial opportunities for brands to invest in
• Industry influence: cement the Telegraph as best in market for brands and partners
• Strategy and planning: support Affiliates Director on strategy development and deliver a team sales strategy to grow our Affiliates, Hotels and Vouchers businesses

Head of Affiliate Partnerships

Data Engineer

• Build shippable software following Engineering standards in place.
• Build and maintain key Engineering blocks that other teams can rely upon (such as APIs and Big Data implementations).
• Support the current stack and be able to extend it with new features as well as work on ad-hoc R&D projects
• Work closely with TMG’s business intelligence users, operations and development teams on projects and CR’s, encouraging a data driven and pragmatic approach to tackling challenges and problems.
• Ensure the deliveries are on time and of the required quality
• Maintain the company’s data assets at required quality levels and help to design and build solid, efficient, stable APIs.
• Help to maintain our high standard of code and keep up to date with the latest technologies and methodologies to ensure TMG stays ahead of the game.
• Ensure a globally robust and highly scalable approach to development to support our growing number of global users and services.
• Enforce best practices in terms of code quality and design of processes.

Data Engineer, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Sales

• Provide day-to-day sales support including reporting, lead management, order processing, competitor analysis, finance escalations, and client onboarding.
• Maintain CRM and sales systems, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, updating documentation, and supporting user training.
• Create sales materials, coordinate order and booking confirmations, and deliver reporting for trading, client/agency meetings, and campaign performance.
• Support wider Commercial Operations with holiday cover, print inventory management, and ad-hoc operational projects.
• Work with sales and project management on bookings, post-campaign analysis, and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve sales workflows.

Sales Support Executive

Technical Project Manager

• Own and manage end-to-end delivery plans for a portfolio of digital strategic projects
• Translate strategy into actionable delivery plans with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering
• Manage project constraints (time, cost, scope)
• Ensure teams understand objectives and have appropriate resources and structure
• Identify and manage dependencies across technical/non-technical teams and with vendors

Technical Delivery Manager

• Support the Partnerships Manager in delivering revenue targets from our Print and online Real Estate
• Act as regular operational point of contact for partners, making decisions around activity, product selection and messaging
• Deliver successful print and digital promotions working closely with the partner and internal and external design teams, ensuring activity is spooled/activated on time
• Complete and maintain detailed reporting, update certain digital assets, and support the Manager with administrative duties
• Coordinate campaigns across print and digital, working with external partners and internal teams (design, marketing, CRM) to deliver promotions on time and to plan
• Select and optimise products for print promotions, ensuring the right mix of messaging, imagery, copy, and pricing in line with Partnership Manager guidelines
• Maximise revenue opportunities by managing and adapting to operational changes in the print schedule
• Maintain calendar plans with the Partnership Manager, ensuring product selections are optimal and space is secured across print and digital channels
• Monitor the market to ensure partner offers meet required standards for quality, availability, and price
• Deliver day-to-day partner service that is professional, proactive, and efficient
• Own reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on print yields, whitelabel and call performance, advert placements, weekly revenue summaries, and monthly performance reports

• This is a pivotal role within The Telegraph’s Research team, dedicated to championing the voice of the reader and embedding customer-first thinking across the organisation. By delivering deep reader, market, and competitor insight, the role ensures that editorial, subscriptions, product, and strategy teams are equipped with the understanding needed to make informed, audience-focused decisions.
• Acting as both a leader and an ambassador, this role not only manages and develops a team of skilled researchers but also plays a central part in shaping how insight is harnessed, communicated, and embedded to drive growth, innovation, and strategic advantage across the business.
• Provide reader, market and competitor research to support the editorial, subscriptions, product and strategy departments

• Deliver and manage regular reporting to the business
• Ensure research projects across the team are scoped and briefed effectively - framing objectives to ensure that any primary research undertaken is aligned with business needs; clearly defining the deliverables and individual project responsibilities

• Analyse and integrate information from disparate sources (internally and externally), translating research findings and competitor intel into robust, clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
