Account Manager

• Take ownership of the promotion and marketing delivery for all new and existing Commerce partnerships, ensuring efficient media planning, smart inventory allocation and consistently high standards of execution across every channel.
• Drive continuous optimisation across the portfolio by analysing daily performance and identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, retention and overall media ROI. Lead innovation across toolkits and commercial models, including lead generation initiatives.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Creative Production, Commercial Operations, Distribution, Data and CRM to ensure seamless campaign execution, strong operational alignment and effective onboarding of new partners.
• Contribute to strategic growth by supporting new partnership launches, auditing and transforming legacy delivery processes, embedding wider business capabilities such as Unity, Clarity and Permutive, and continuing to evolve the overall Commercial toolkit.

Head of Commerce Partnerships Delivery

• Support the end-to-end delivery of multichannel campaigns and promotions across print, CRM (email), display advertising, commercial content and editorial integrations,
• Work closely with teams including Commercial Operations, Content Production and AdOps to ensure activity is implemented accurately and on time.
• Monitor live campaigns to track performance, troubleshoot any issues, and identify opportunities to optimise placements, copy and imagery.
• Maintain forward planning calendars to secure print and digital inventory, while adapting to schedule changes to protect campaign delivery.
• Carry out thorough quality checks to ensure all promotions feature the correct products, imagery and pricing, upholding accuracy and brand standards at all times.
• Track placements and performance, producing clear weekly and monthly summaries with observations and actionable recommendations to improve results.

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of digital customer communications (with a focus on email) within Subscriptions acquisition and retention, with scope to work across editorial, commerce and advertising campaigns.
• Build detailed data workflows within the Adobe Campaign platform, working with complex sets of data and customer segmentation.
• Monitor and respond to new marketing and testing briefs for the CRM team.
• Translate data briefs from stakeholders into audience selection criteria within our database.

• Support with the execution of elements of the partner specific plan, including campaign planning and execution and performance analysis.

• Regular reporting on results from our partnerships, sharing clear actionable insight on performance with stakeholders and partners.
• Develop a strong working relationship with other key stakeholders across the business including editorial, tech, product and finance teams.

• The Senior Marketing Executive supports subscription acquisition initiatives by thoroughly understanding our audiences, identifying quality segments and spotting opportunities to move faster. Working collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure consistency and delivery, they live and breathe data, identify conversion improvement opportunities and run end-to-end testing programmes to generate solid learnings. They are curious by nature and are motivated by digging into the detail to identify hidden opportunities. They can interpret findings simply and concisely, and can pivot quickly in a fast moving working environment.
