Chief Marketing Officer

• Conversion optimisation is the key to delivering our ambitious growth targets and sits at the heart of everything we do on-site and in-app to acquire new customers. It affects both the volume of users we can acquire as well as our ability to keep customers for longer, and thus is essential for our future success.
• The Senior Marketing Executive supports subscription acquisition initiatives by thoroughly understanding our audiences, identifying quality segments and spotting opportunities to move faster. Working collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure consistency and delivery, they live and breathe data, identify conversion improvement opportunities and run end-to-end testing programmes to generate solid learnings. They are curious by nature and are motivated by digging into the detail to identify hidden opportunities. They can interpret findings simply and concisely, and can pivot quickly in a fast moving working environment.
• **Key Responsibilities **
• - Assess daily conversion performance, identifying and troubleshooting causes of variances and spotting opportunities
• - Analyse web and app engagement insights and surface opportunities to drive growth by thoroughly understanding customer behaviour
• - Set up, run and assess the performance of on-site tests across all the acquisition journeys
• - Be the expert and manage the acquisition content management systems
• - Implement and run periodic campaigns to deliver volume and revenue goals
• - Be the “glue” between internal teams to ensure that subscription conversion initiatives are implemented on time and to a high degree of accuracy, and thoroughly tested post-launch
• - Support the delivery of daily, weekly and monthly conversion reporting by audience segment, journey and touchpoint
• - Specify the tracking requirements for tests by working closely with the Optimisation team, monitoring impacts during and sharing results post-test with observations and actionable recommendations
• - Be the Conversion team's go-to person for data insights and the expert in using reporting tools.
• - Work hand-in-hand with the Insights and Product teams to define effective tracking solutions for tests and current conversion blind spots

Senior Marketing Executive – Conversion

Sales

• Responsible for selling all Compass products to the market in line with targets set by Director of Commercial Strategic Growth
• Leverage existing contacts in the research industry to find key sales opportunities for the Compass offering
• Liaise with the Compass team to share feedback from the market
• Provide insights on how best to position the Compass offering to best engage with potential clients

Research & Insights Sales Lead – 6 Month Contract

Operations

• Plan, execute, optimise, and report on digital advertising campaigns across Telegraph channels, ensuring smooth delivery from booking through to completion.
• Work closely with Sales, Insight & Analytics, Campaign Innovation, and Digital Innovations teams to deliver campaigns while identifying proactive ideas, seasonal opportunities, and product innovations.
• Monitor live campaigns to ensure they perform as expected, making optimisations that support both performance and revenue outcomes.
• Produce clear, actionable reporting and insights for clients and internal stakeholders, with practical recommendations.
• Maintain a strong and up-to-date understanding of Telegraph advertising products, formats, and digital channels.

CRO Manager – Commercial Subscriptions

Salesforce Administrator

• Act as a senior system administrator across TMG’s Salesforce platform, with ownership of advanced BAU tasks and complex support requests.
• Design, build, debug, and optimise Flows, orchestrations, automations, and error-handling frameworks.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex issues, including failures in integrations, flows, API-driven processes, and subscription logic (Zuora/MPP).
• Oversee release management alongside developers, including participating in deployment rota, validating builds, and ensuring sandboxes remain aligned with production.
• Lead the configuration and expansion of Agentforce for Service, including new agent builds or updates to existing agents, reasoning engine filters and deterministic behaviour, action orchestration and topic configuration, testing, regression, and behavioural tuning.
• Support the rollout of Einstein for Service capabilities, including Service Replies / Email Drafts, Article Recommendations, Case Wrap-Up enhancements, Case Classification improvements, Einstein Copilot Actions and future expansions such as Next Best Action/Service Plans.
• Stay current with rapidly evolving AI features and help guide internal adoption.
• Work closely with our developers and QAs on solution design, technical refinement, and deployment readiness.
• Partner with the business to translate requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions that are scalable and maintainable.
• Document configuration, logic, and release steps in Jira/Confluence.
• Assist in internal training and enablement, helping bring AI and automation features into day-to-day agent workflows.
• Conduct regular platform health checks, audits, and maintenance cycles.
• Support data quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy across subscriptions, offers, case management, and customer objects.
• Contribute to improving platform governance processes, including testing, change control, and regression cycles.

Senior Salesforce Administrator

• Support with the delivery of the subscriber contact strategy, which aims to drive habit and long term retention.
• Support with defining and delivering multichannel marketing campaigns to drive subscriber engagement and meet core KPIs.
• Provide weekly reporting of ongoing and ad hoc campaigns, including commentary on performance and identifying opportunities and risks.
• Leverage the Editorial roadmap to bring plans to life and engage subscribers with our content.
• Support the wider Marketing team with reactive campaigns to drive engagement with breaking news content.
• Identify opportunities to optimise and improve existing customer journeys to drive performance, aligned to KPIs.
• Work with stakeholders from across the business to maximise opportunities and ensure effective execution of plans. Teams may include Editorial, Acquisition, Insight & Analytics, Legal, CRM, Tech, Product and Design.
• Identify and define ‘test and learn’ plans to ensure the continuous improvement of the engagement proposition.
