Reward, Benefits and D&I Support Administrator
The TelegraphReward and Benefits Administrator providing administrative support for engagement and inclusion initiatives at the Telegraph. Collaborating with the Reward team and managing vendor relationships for benefits operations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide reward, benefit, engagement & inclusion administrative support
- Manage benefits inbox queries
- Liaise with benefit providers on any employee queries
- Present benefits presentation to new joiners in bi-weekly inductions
- Work with vendors to ensure program management and optimal employee experience
- Provide administration support for Pay Review
- Ensure all company bonuses on the bonus tracker are kept up to date
- Support monthly headcount review
- First point of contact for all recognition employee queries
- Help deliver the induction presentation to new starters
- Support Head of E&I with employee networks and mentoring scheme
- Manage application process for mentoring scheme
- Support outreach partnerships and programmes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Resilience and the ability to work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment in a changing landscape
- Able to produce letters through mail merge
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge (pivot tables, vlook up, etc.)
- Experience liaising with benefits providers and brokers
- Ability to work in a demanding environment with exceptional attention to detail
- A committed team player with a strong commercial outlook and a hands-on approach
