Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the company's financial planning and analysis, including annual budgets, long-range plans, and monthly/quarterly forecasts aligned to the sponsor's value creation plan
• Prepare and present board and sponsor reporting packages, including KPI dashboards, covenant compliance analysis, and variance commentary
• Manage lender relationships, including covenant tracking, compliance certificates, and periodic reporting required under credit agreements
• Partner with the CFO and sponsor deal team on capital structure decisions, including debt refinancing, add-on acquisitions, and dividend recapitalizations
• Lead financial due diligence and integration planning for M&A transactions, including post-close synergy tracking
• Own cash flow forecasting and working capital management to optimize liquidity across the business
• Develop and track value creation plans (VCPs) to drive long-term EBITDA improvement

• Drive process improvements and build scalable financial infrastructure to support rapid growth and exit readiness

• Partner with regional VPs and operators to build annual budgets and rolling forecasts, owning the P&L for your assigned regions
• Lead monthly business reviews with regional leadership, presenting clear narratives on revenue, margin, mix, and cost drivers
• Analyze regional performance against forecast and prior year, flagging risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actions

• Ensure that driver counts money collected and put delivery times on bills.
• Work with Parts Pullers to ensure the deliveries go out correctly.
• Work with drivers to make sure that they know the correct route.
• Work with customers over the phone to update them on the status of their orders.
• Properly assist drivers who have difficulty with routes or any other aspect of the job.
