• Build and maintain productive, long-lasting relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new customers.
• “Get the Sale!” - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals; source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve goals.
• Foster and qualify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Ride with factory reps to gain product knowledge, particularly about auto body parts and collision parts , and use their relationships to help build yours.
• Provide weekly status reports for the management team describing current business conditions, including opportunities and suggestions for improvement.
• Post daily CMS comments for each sales call with a summary of visit or touch.
• Play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of auto body parts, collision parts, and hard parts.
• Research sales competition with a focus on collision and hard parts market trends.
