General Manager – Sales

Data Analyst

• Gather, document and translate business requirements from various business units into executable direct email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm requirements and provide recommendations for campaign design and execution.
• Manage all facets of the email marketing process – developing and managing the execution of email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, A/B testing, preference management and copywriting.
• Create customer journeys and develop implementation plans for new program initiatives with a focus on automated campaigns and a personalized customer content utilizing data from disparate CEM data sources.
• Develop email marketing campaign segmentation strategies based on customer and prospect type/persona data, transactional history and on site behavioral data.
• Create both ad hoc and recurring email campaigns utilizing Oracle SQL and JAVA Script.
• Design and create optimized test and learn (target vs control, A/B) email campaigns that leverage previous campaign learnings.
• Complete quality assurance audits to ensure email creative and campaign list SQL code accurately reflect business requirements and specifications - pinpoint actionable insights, efficiencies, and new opportunities.
• Take insights and KPI data from our email deployments, identifying key takeaways and areas of opportunity for future email efforts utilizing SQL and Tableau.
• Communicate insights to internal stakeholders in order to leverage the email-marketing channel.
• Work with application development staff to develop database architectures, coding standards, and quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Ensure email marketing campaign data is accurate and email creative is error free.

Database Marketing Analyst – Data Science

Analyst

• Contribute to and execute a standardized measurement framework across advertising products and platforms, ensuring consistency in how performance is measured across full-funnel KPIs (awareness, engagement, conversion).
• Define and establish experimentation standards (e.g., A/B testing, geo-testing, incrementality) and develop repeatable testing playbooks to enable scaled adoption.
• Design and execute complex or high-priority experiments where standardized frameworks do not yet exist.
• Develop scalable measurement solutions such as campaign reporting, attribution frameworks, and audience insights that can be consistently applied across clients.
• Partner with Product and Data teams to operationalize and productize measurement capabilities into repeatable, commercial offerings.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and clients by translating measurement outputs into clear, actionable insights.
• Lead complex or high-impact analyses to support client needs and inform future scalable measurement approaches.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify drivers of success, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop benchmarks and best practices that can be scaled across verticals and products.

Measurement Analyst – Revenue

Strategist

• Lead the development of digital, print and custom integrated media proposals leveraging the full suite of Globe Media Group solutions
• Identify optimal product mix based on category of business, KPIs, benchmarks and historical campaign performance
• Co-ordinate response with input from data team, product team, content studio, creative services and events team as needed to deliver a best-in-class solution
• Work collaboratively with ad ops, ensuring solution is optimized to available inventory to deliver desired client outcomes
• Build proposals in the format of a pitch deck and/or media plan based on requirements
• Bring technical expertise to support sales in engaging directly with clients and agencies to drive confidence in the proposed solution, including participation in client meetings as needed
• Review campaign performance for integrated media campaigns
• In partnership with ad ops and program delivery managers, review and analyse campaign reports to ensure goals and benchmarks are being met while identifying opportunities for optimization to drive performance improvements and upsell opportunities
• Support proactive sales opportunities
• In collaboration with sales, product, data team and content studio, create proactive sales opportunities that address key themes, seasonality and market demands for specific advertisers or customize off-the-shelf solutions to meet their goals

Media Strategist – 12 Month Contract

• Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, support monthly revenue and expense forecasts, annual budget, variance analysis, and other projects requested by senior management
• Assist in the development of the annual budget, monthly and quarterly forecasts and monitor results versus budget

• Translate business and marketing requirements into executable database‑driven marketing campaigns, primarily for email and digital channels
