Salesforce Administrator

• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues using a ticketing system
• Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, debug and document solutions throughout the development process and across the Salesforce platform including Force.com, CPQ and various managed packages
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Order Management, Marketing, Finance and other teams on projects related to Salesforce
