About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the Methods team and serve as the engineering lead for immersive simulation tools
- Support local methods teams in deploying technologies
- Define technology standards for processes from implementation through operation
- Ensure validation and effective implementation of standards
- Identify and leverage opportunities in flow architecture to optimize manufacturing processes
- Propose and implement structuring and development initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Maintain technological watch on simulation processes and related technologies
- Oversee the implementation of digital twins and manage integrators and suppliers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree or equivalent in Electronics or Industrial Methods
- Proven industrial experience in optimizing production flows
- Strong expertise in flow optimization and industrial process digitalization
- Genuine interest in flow simulation, digital twins, virtual reality and augmented reality
- Good knowledge of aerospace products and manufacturing technologies (assembly, electronics, mechanical, etc.)
- Proficiency in production line design and optimization techniques and associated Lean tools
- Solid knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D methodology, 5 Whys, Kaizen, etc.) and APQP methodology
- Strong interpersonal skills to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
