Accountant

• Resolve discrepancies in area of responsibility by interfacing with other departments, vendors or agencies
• Recommend and assist in development of methods to improve procedures and systems

Compliance

• Direct oversight of day-to-day operations as it pertains to construction certified payroll reporting including Davis-Bacon, State/County/City Prevailing Wage, Apprenticeship, and workforce requirements

• Monitor and stay abreast of applicable laws and regulations that might affect Swinerton’s policies and procedures
