• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic review, while developing budgeting, and forecasting tools for streams and regions.
• Assist in preparing strategic review and related materials.
• Gather and analyze data to support strategic review.

• Ad hoc valuation models and data analysis for decision making and acquisition transactions for the wider group.
• Prepare board and executive management packs with insights on financial activity and strategic initiatives.

• Propose, develop and implement new performance KPI’s - understanding the key drivers of the business both current and proposed to facilitate growth of the business.
• Drive process improvements to streamline related activities.

• The Liner Manager shall be primarily responsible for managing, directing, and controlling of all Export/Import activities of the Liner Department
• Establishes and maintains effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key-decision-makers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure the effective achievement of departmental goal of Liner Services through the leadership of these teams
• Grows the business through sales involvement and identifying and developing new opportunities
• Maximizes operational effectiveness by supervising the receipt, distribution, opening, maintenance, and closure of all job files
• Monthly preparation & submission of Operational report to the Marine Services Manager

• Act as the legal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex contracts, special projects, and complex BAU matters, including legal claim resolution and AR disputes
• Provide high-level legal support to the Group General Counsel on complex and sensitive matters
• Independently research, analyse, and summarise complex legal issues and provide practical, commercially focused advice
• Work directly and autonomously with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and other key internal and external stakeholders
• Support and manage complex legal matters from issue identification through to resolution
• Potential to undertake Company Secretary activities and provide management oversight of legal processes and workflows.
