• Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, educating them on market trends, talent pools, and sourcing strategies to make informed hiring decisions
• Develop and deploy innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates, with a focus on hard-to-fill and niche roles
• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, from initial requisition intake/briefing through sourcing and assessing candidates to pre-employment screening
• Leverage data to track, analyze, and optimize recruitment efforts, ensuring a metrics-driven approach that contributes to strategic hiring goals
• Maintain clean and organized data within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment systems, ensuring accurate records and enabling data-driven insights
• Ensure effective and proactive stakeholder communication, managing expectations and delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Collaborate with team members on requisitions and team initiatives, driving best practices and consistency across the recruitment process
• Create compelling job descriptions and specific role requirements, fostering alignment with business needs
• Champion employer branding efforts by leading impactful recruitment campaigns that highlight our company's mission, culture, and values. Actively represent the company to build a strong professional network, ensuring that recruitment initiatives attract the right talent with the quality and speed necessary to meet business needs
• Establish long-term relationships with candidates, build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements, continuously evolving hiring strategies to align with market demands
• Counsel candidates on salary expectations, company culture, benefits, and work environment, providing a realistic and positive candidate experience

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Czechia, Greece, Poland, Portugal

Backend Engineer

• Guide and mentor a team of backend engineers, focusing on delivery, people development, and process improvement.
• Partner with the Senior Backend Engineering Manager to align execution with team vision and strategy.
• Mentor and guide team members in their professional development and promote a culture of active coaching within the team.
• Support engineers in making technical decisions while ensuring processes and delivery run effectively.
• Establish delivery estimates, monitor progress, and help the team overcome obstacles and resolve blockers.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to ensure roadmap commitments are delivered iteratively and with customer focus.
• Own recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to strengthen and grow the team.
• Facilitate regular one-on-one meetings to set goals, evaluate performance, and provide continuous feedback.
• Foster a culture of documentation, knowledge sharing, and open communication.
• Cultivate empathy and openness towards team members from diverse backgrounds, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Contribute to improving processes in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

Backend Engineering Manager

Frontend Engineer

• Lead and support a team of frontend engineers with a focus on delivery, people development, and process improvement.
