Product Manager II – Member Experience, Growth

Systems Engineer

• Report to the Associate Director, IT Systems Engineering and have a dotted line to the VP of FP&A; design the data model and pipelines that power Spring’s financial forecasting and planning activities in Pigment.
• Serve as a key subject matter expert, working cross-functionally with teams to build and maintain a best-in-class planning environment.
• Work closely with IT and Enterprise Application teams to align system development with Finance’s data and reporting needs, including understanding current data landscape and developing design for revised data infrastructure.
• Own and maintain Pigment Data and reporting infrastructure, ensuring data quality and integrity and solving complex financial analysis.
• Own data integrations between Pigment and other primary sources, including Looker, Netsuite, Salesforce, Paylocity and Snowflake; design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines between enterprise applications.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD practices to ensure data pipelines and system integrations remain stable and resilient.
• Build and design reporting dashboards for the FP&A team and Senior Business Leaders to inform decision making throughout the organization.
• Support company wide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including Board and Investor Presentations.
• Drive unique financial analysis, helping to improve forecast accuracy and translate strategic initiatives and operational goals into a financial outlook.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and other cross functional teams to improve efficiency, consistency and accuracy of forecasting related data pipelines that feed Pigment.
• Stay informed about updates and enhancements to the Pigment platform and lead the implementation of relevant new features.
• Distill complex financial data into compelling narratives and presentations for senior leadership and board-level discussions.

Technical Program Manager

Revenue Operations

Reporting within the “Insights Pod” of the Revenue Intelligence function, this Sr. Analyst will lead much of the key reporting focused on the Revenue Org’s performance.
Work with RevOps team and key stakeholders (Revenue Leadership, Finance) to set goals, identify patterns of over/under performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage recurring Rev Org reports (Board Decks, Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews, etc).
Build analytical models to set future goals based on historical revenue team performance that are flexible based on different scenarios / inputs (bookings, pipe gen, pipeline coverage, etc).
Partner with Business Intelligence team to increase reporting efficiency and ensure alignment across key reporting systems.
Proactively assess trends & gaps in data and synthesize actionable recommendations to revenue leadership & data management teams respectively.
Be an SME on Rev Org data for key partners: Finance, Accounting, Sales, Customer Success, BI, etc.

Customer Success Manager

• Serve as relationship owner, product expert, and mental health advocate for a book of business made up of Spring Health’s largest health plan customers
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with health plan leaders as a trusted advisor

Business Analyst, Care Operations

Network Operations

• Lead and manage the vetting process for higher levels of care (HLOC) providers across multiple specialties, establishing critical partnerships to ensure full spectrum of care delivery
• Support customer-specific provider vetting, ensuring key accounts have access to trusted, high-quality external provider partners
• Build and maintain an internal provider vetting framework in partnership with Provider Operations and Clinical teams to drive a consistent, elevated standard for all provider partners specific to Specialty Care

• Reporting to the Associate Director, Revenue Enablement, the Revenue Enablement Lead will build commercial acumen through the design and execution of enablement programs that translate strategic priorities into scalable field activation. This remote role (East coast preferred) is part of the Revenue Enablement Team within Product Marketing and requires in-person presence for all non-virtual enablement trainings. The role plays a critical part in enhancing sales performance through coaching, training, and behavior change strategies.

• Required
• 5+ years in collective experience across enablement, product management, product marketing, GTM strategy, Pre-sales, or Post-sales
• Proven ability to adapt quickly while establishing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDICC
• Demonstrated success leading multi-quarter enablement programs that improved team performance
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-backed enablement insights
• Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Gong
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate complex topics for immediate action

• Own Spring’s competitive intelligence and market research program—uncovering buyer needs, market shifts, and industry trends
