Account Executive

• Manage sales activities from initial contact through sale closure with guidance from sales leadership
• Manage a high-volume book of business, balancing multiple accounts and inbound leads simultaneously without sacrificing relationship quality or follow-through
• Cultivate relationships with key prospects and decision-makers in the digital Property and Casualty claims market (Carriers, MGAs & TPAs)
• Oversee post-meeting engagement follow-up with potential clients to ensure that Snapsheet remains on their radar
• Support product extension sales to existing customers through effective post-sale client relationship management
• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals that meet client expectations while minimizing risk to Snapsheet
• Organize and participate in technical and sales presentations to clients
• Maintain a strong understanding of Snapsheet’s underlying technology and our products
• Partner with Snapsheet’s leadership and sales team to implement and execute procedures for new business quotations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (solutions engineers, product and technology, account management) to progress sales cycles and ensure successful implementations
• Track and manage sales activities and grow pipeline using Salesforce CRM
• Prospect new clients and manage deal cycles involving stakeholders across various departments (Chief Technology Officer, Chief Claims Officer, Operations, etc.)

• Determine what our customers need.
• Leverage internal and external sources, conduct customer interviews, surveys, analyze behavior and develop solutions.

Implementation Specialist

• Develop deep expertise in Snapsheet’s SaaS products to guide customers through implementations
• Lead end-to-end implementations for global insurance carriers
• Act as the primary project manager and day-to-day client contact, ensuring timely and high-quality launches
• Use a consultative approach to identify customer pain points, goals, and optimal platform configurations
• Create and manage implementation plans, including onboarding, training, integrations, and launch milestones
• Lead integration and configuration discussions with technical support as needed
• Identify opportunities for automation, engagement, and post-launch optimization using customer metrics
• Partner with training and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and ensure a smooth transition
• Drive proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Gather and translate customer feedback into product and enhancement recommendations

Strategy and Implementation Manager

Product Marketing

• The GTM Strategy and Operations Lead is a critical architect of our revenue engine.
• We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused candidate to rebuild our Go-To-Market (GTM) infrastructure, transitioning the company from legacy, manual processes to a scalable, unified source of truth.
• You will work very closely with the GTM cross-functional team, including Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure the technology and data-driven insights empower the entire organization to sell and scale more effectively.
• Integrate AI workflows (e.g., meeting transcription, automated CRM enrichment) to automate manual data entry for the field, allowing AEs and AMs to focus strictly on selling and supporting customers.
• Leverage AI-driven intent data and predictive signals to surface "next-best-action" recommendations for the field to improve win rates.
• Build AI-assisted automation within Salesforce and HubSpot to eliminate manual data hygiene tasks and ensure real-time data accuracy.
• Design and maintain a data-driven territory model by segmenting accounts based on Tier, Line of Business, and Segment to ensure high-intent alignment.
• Use "Speed to Sale" metrics to determine where to deploy sales resources or adjust account assignment to avoid lead stagnation and ensure equitable quota distribution.
• Build models to identify "whitespace" within existing accounts, helping AEs prioritize which customers are most likely to convert for specific product cross sells or upsells.
• Maintain 100% accuracy on account fields to provide AEs and AMs the visibility needed for high-impact lead generation and cross sell opportunities.
• Own the day-to-day administration and workflow design for Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.

• Design and build learning experiences that help users understand our software quickly
• Build and maintain a library of eLearning assets, interactive modules, video walkthroughs, onboarding guides, and self-service resources focused on product knowledge
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning needs
• Improve content quality and consistency over time
• Shape the learning strategy with recommendations on delivery formats, sequencing, and content frameworks
