Account Manager

• Own the relationships with target clients
• Build and execute account plans for your assigned accounts by understanding key decision makers, org charts, product utilization and new revenue opportunity
• Act as a strategic partner to your clients - deeply understanding where opportunities and friction exists and by partnering with them to implement or tune Snapsheet’s offering.
• Act as a SME for the Snapsheet Appraisal Service offering understanding where and how we drive value for each customer.
• Collaborate with internal Stakeholders to introduce new products to existing clients where applicable.
• Manage ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings/calls and provide exceptional follow up, written reports and presentation.
• Analyze and develop strategies to increase user-level and enterprise-wide adoption
• Review learning and education plans to ensure customers with low usage are provided with additional training/education to fully optimize usage of Snapsheet Products
• Document communication with users and accounts accurately and in a timely manner via system tools.
• Ensure that issues are escalated appropriately to appropriate internal departments and management
• Regularly review and analyze data identifying the most relevant and impactful quantitative results to add value and insight to your clients business.

Account Manager – Appraisals

QA Engineer

• Review and understand product specifications and feature requirements
• Create test plans and test strategies
• Design and develop, and maintain automated test suites; working cross-functionally with developers and product managers to inform decisions on what, how, and when to automate
• Develop, document, and maintain functional and regression test cases and other test artifacts
• Test execution and results tracking on planned test cases, exploratory tests, and ad hoc tests
• Own tools and test infrastructure, identifying, researching, and implementing technologies for quality assessment and QA automation.
• Issue triage, resolution and prevention
• Isolating, replicating, and reporting defects while verifying defect fixes
• Defect submission, tracking, and communication to team members
• Escalating potential quality issues immediately to team and management when needed
• Providing QA reporting including test status and defect status
• Ensure all deliverables meet functional and design requirements and technical specs
• Perform various testing include: New feature/product release candidate testing
• Existing feature enhancement testing
• Regression testing
• Non-functional testing
• Load/Stress testing to uncover potential performance and scalability bottlenecks
• Behavior under constraints (browser type, screen resolution, network performance, etc)

Engineering Manager

• Snapsheet exists to simplify claims using virtual estimating and claims management technology.
• Join the Claims Management team developing Snapsheet Cloud SaaS product.
• Manage and contribute to upcoming projects, including writing code in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach and mentor a team of engineers and play an influential role in company growth.
• Collaborate with other development teams, product management, and design to solve cross-domain problems.
• Contribute to architecture, strategy, and technical decisions across the cloud platform.
• Coordinate, scope, and execute on large scalability and feature initiatives.
• Partner with internal recruitment to screen, interview, and hire top talent.
