Operations

• Design and run the operating model for a pod-based design organization
• Drive adoption of AI-first design practices using live codebases, design systems, and Claude or equivalent tools
• Own design-to-engineering handoff and ensure interaction details are accurate and buildable
• Coordinate agent experience operations, including evaluations, guardrails, permissions, tool access, escalation paths, and failure handling
• Define human-agent and multi-agent handoff and collaboration models
• Define and track metrics including prototyping velocity, handoff quality, cycle time, agent evaluation coverage, and AI-tooling adoption
• Run planning, prioritization, and cross-pod cadence, including shared infrastructure-level design work

UX-AX Operations Manager

AI Engineer

• Lead system design for SecurityScorecard's agentic AI capabilities
• Design orchestration, context and state, tool boundaries, and reliability patterns for non-deterministic systems
• Write Technical Design Reviews, design documents, and standards that establish architectural direction
• Prototype architectural decisions before teams commit to them at scale
• Partner with Data Science to integrate agent and model work with APIs, event streaming, and storage
• Review engineering TDRs and provide substantive architecture and risk feedback
• Build consensus and alignment across engineering teams
• Drive AI-assisted and agentic development adoption across engineering
• Mentor senior and staff engineers on agentic system design
• Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs to executives and customers

Principal AI Architect

• Own the system design for agentic capabilities, including orchestration, context and state, tool boundaries, and reliability patterns for non-deterministic systems
• Write TDRs, design documents, and standards that set architectural direction across teams
• Prototype to validate architectural decisions before teams commit to them at scale
• Partner with Data Science to integrate agent and model work with platform services, APIs, event streaming, and storage
• Review engineering TDRs and provide substantive feedback on architecture and risk
• Build consensus and alignment across engineering teams
• Drive AI-assisted and agentic development adoption across engineering
• Mentor senior and staff engineers on agentic system design
• Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs to executives and customers

Product Designer

• Own end-to-end design of highly technical AI-enabled workflows, including third-party vendor risk assessments, automated security questionnaires, and continuous monitoring
• Run usability tests and synthesize behavioral and product analytics using tools such as FullStory and Pendo
• Design for role-based access control, multi-tenant environments, and complex data-filtering mechanisms
• Work directly against the codebase and design system, using Claude to produce interactive prototypes
• Use AI to synthesize research, visualize concepts, explore edge cases, and validate functional prototypes
• Contribute to the design system for durable patterns, machine readability, and WCAG 2.2 accessibility
• Lead collaborative prototyping workshops and improve the product design team's AI fluency
• Partner with Product and Engineering to turn ambiguous briefs into defensible solutions and challenge briefs with evidence

Staff Product Designer

• Drive scalable system design using object-oriented programming principles and enterprise architecture best practices
• Own strategy and technical delivery of GTM-stack integrations using Workato, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks

• Build AI-native solutions using LLMs, ML models, and modern AI tooling to automate analysis and reduce manual work
