Strategic Agency Partner Manager

Sales

• Design and execute a scalable outbound motion to drive new enterprise pipeline and revenue
• Develop prospecting frameworks, refine outbound messaging, and implement tools and playbooks
• Coach sellers to run effective deal cycles and ensure qualification, advancement, and close of high-value opportunities
• Lead the full sales cycle from outbound engagement through discovery, negotiation, and close
• Apply the MEDDPICC methodology to run predictable, transparent, and effective deal cycles

Enterprise Sales Manager

• Own and grow relationships and revenue with strategic customers

• Run consultative sales cycles and uncover new opportunities through cross-sell and upsell

Enterprise Account Manager

Paralegal

• Support transaction closings, including preparing disclosure schedules, officer's certificates, resolutions, assignment agreements and other ancillary closing deliverables, coordinating and tracking signature pages, obtaining good standing certificates and lien searches, understanding closing conditions, monitoring and updating closing checklists, and keeping track of deliverables required from numerous third parties.
• Work closely with outside counsel, internal stakeholders and project partners to meet closing timelines; understanding of M&A and project finance closings is a plus.
• Review and assist with preparation and negotiation of standard contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, consulting agreements and basic amendments and change orders.
• Handle corporate governance and entity management tasks, including formation of entities, preparation of operating agreements, assignment agreements and corporate resolutions, coordination of document execution and required internal approvals, and maintenance of corporate files, contracts and closing sets.
• Maintain corporate organizational chart and support know your customer (KYC) and regulatory requests from financing parties; respond to requests from internal stakeholders for corporate records and information for RFPs.
• Assist with compliance matters and implement corporate policies and related procedures, including periodic confirmatory checks of representations and warranties, document execution processes and internal approval processes.

• Ensure quarterly and annual financial statements are prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

Full-stack Engineer

• Reports to the SVP of Transmission
• Lead projects through the interconnection process from project inception though Commercial Operation for Avantus’ projects in ISOs (CAISO, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, PJM, NYISO, NEISO) and vertically integrated markets (WECC)
• Provide interconnection strategy of all utility scale solar & storage projects
• Perform power flow, stability, short circuit studies using PSLF, PSS/E, PowerWorld, TARA, UPLAN, ASPEN, PSCAD and other software as needed for project prospecting purposes
• Evaluate transmission & interconnection tariffs, costs, timelines, queue, and processes for a variety of markets and provide strategy to the project teams
• Coordinate efforts to meet all interconnection requirements including interconnection applications, interconnection studies, interconnection agreements, and post-IA project execution milestones
• Negotiate interconnection study results and interconnection agreements with utilities toward favorable project outcomes
• Lead communication and build relationships with utilities/ISOs and track interconnection progress to ensure projects are complete in a timely and cost-effective manner
