About the role
- Evolve and steward the Sanity brand system across all channels
- Lead creative strategy and execution for web properties, ads, emails, and offline strategies
- Design and direct immersive brand experiences at events, including booth and stage visuals
- Own visual and experiential design of the swag store
- Oversee film efforts, from short documentary films to customer experience videos
- Manage and grow a small team of in-house designers, freelancers, and agency partners
- Implement creative operations: briefs, reviews, tooling, documentation, and processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, developer relations, and leadership to bring the Sanity story to life
Requirements
- Based in: This role will be remote from the United States
- 10+ years of design and creative leadership experience
- Multidisciplinary portfolio spanning brand, digital, physical, and video work
- Comfortable setting vision and executing in tools like Figma, Premiere, After Effects
- Deep understanding of brand across web, marketing, and product
- Experience building and managing high-performing creative teams
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and at speed; self-driven and owner-minded
- Experience overseeing video and film production and managing producers
- Experience collaborating closely with marketing, product, developer relations, and leadership
- Bonus: experience designing for or within developer-first or design-first platforms
