About the role

  • Serve as primary contact for strategic agency partners to build trust-based relationships and drive business outcomes
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning to identify and capture growth opportunities
  • Execute strategic agency partnership roadmap and develop comprehensive business plans with success metrics
  • Manage and mature high-potential partners to ensure consistent expansion of valuable relationships
  • Align partner strategies with Sales, Marketing, and Product through joint campaigns, events, deal registration, and feedback loops
  • Solve complex partner challenges and create scalable processes that elevate partner ecosystem
  • Influence cross-functional teams to drive partner success and Sanity's growth in key markets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in partner management
  • Proven track record of building B2B partnerships that drive substantial revenue growth
  • Experience designing and implementing partner programs, processes, and systems from the ground up
  • Background working with digital agencies, system integrators, or technology consultancies
  • Experience with partner marketing, co-selling motions, and SaaS or developer tools
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with cross-organizational influence
  • Ability to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through partnerships and channels
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate opportunities into actionable plans
  • Project management excellence and strong organizational systems
  • Comfort with technical concepts and ability to engage technical audiences
  • Experience with CRM systems, partner management tools, and partnership analytics
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and optimize based on data
  • Based in the United States (Bay Area preferred)
