Outside Sales

• Verantwortung für Region & Accounts: Du entwickelst dein Vertriebsgebiet aktiv und eigenverantwortlich.
• Betreuung eines definierten Kundenportfolios (Makler, Agenturen, Bauträger)
• Strategischer Ausbau bestehender Key Accounts mit Fokus auf Wachstum und Listings
• Neukundengewinnung & Pipeline-Steuerung: Du gewinnst neue Kunden und hältst deine Pipeline konstant auf Kurs. Aktive Akquise im Außendienst mit ca. 8 Terminen pro Woche Eigenständiges Pipeline-Management inkl. Forecasting im CRM
• Umsatzverantwortung & Performance: Du lieferst messbare Ergebnisse und treibst den Geschäftserfolg voran. Verantwortung für ca. €170k MRR (~€2 Mio. Jahresumsatz) Fokus auf nachhaltiges Wachstum und wiederkehrende Umsätze
• Kundenbeziehungen & Marktpräsenz: Du bist nah am Kunden und baust starke Netzwerke auf.
• Beratung von Entscheidern auf Geschäftsführer- und Inhaberebene
• Repräsentation auf Events und aktive Marktpräsenz in deiner Region
• Zusammenarbeit & Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert und eng mit internen Teams zusammen. Kooperation mit Inside Sales und Customer Success
