About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and develop a defined Mid-Market portfolio
  • Identify and prioritize strategic target accounts
  • Build a qualified sales pipeline through multi-channel outreach
  • Conduct structured discovery and qualification conversations
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to advance opportunities
  • Maintain and manage the pipeline in HubSpot
  • Ensure accurate CRM documentation
  • Analyze relevant KPIs and continuously optimize sales activities
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events
  • Contribute to the development of messaging, segmentation, and sales playbooks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience in strategic outbound sales
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a BDR or SDR in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Experience building strategic customer relationships
  • Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders on the client side
  • Business-fluent German (C2)
  • Excellent English skills
  • Proficient with CRM systems and KPIs
  • Ideally experienced with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or Apollo
