About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and develop a defined Mid-Market portfolio
- Identify and prioritize strategic target accounts
- Build a qualified sales pipeline through multi-channel outreach
- Conduct structured discovery and qualification conversations
- Collaborate with Account Executives to advance opportunities
- Maintain and manage the pipeline in HubSpot
- Ensure accurate CRM documentation
- Analyze relevant KPIs and continuously optimize sales activities
- Represent the company at relevant industry events
- Contribute to the development of messaging, segmentation, and sales playbooks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in strategic outbound sales
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BDR or SDR in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience building strategic customer relationships
- Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders on the client side
- Business-fluent German (C2)
- Excellent English skills
- Proficient with CRM systems and KPIs
- Ideally experienced with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or Apollo
