Call Center Customer Service Sales Representative

Accountant

• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare journal entries and document business transactions.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly operational performance reports.
• Assists the Area Controller in ensuring proper internal controls, including compliance with company policies, Sarbanes Oxley and statutory requirements.
• Reconciles balance sheet accounts and statistical data and fully analyses financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Company policy.

Account Manager

• Proactively maintains and retains existing customers by building effective long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
• Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional products and services as appropriate to assigned existing customers.
