About the role
- Analyze needs of functional business areas and recommend system solutions.
- Act as liaison between business and technical departments to document, communicate, and validate scope of work.
- Work with technical team and vendors to design, develop, document and test solutions.
- Facilitate system enhancement requests and coordinate enhancement release schedules.
- Obtain functional requirements using elicitation techniques and perform research and feasibility analysis.
- Create detailed user requirements and document functional and non-functional specifications.
- Support quality assurance using data analysis/profiling for pre- and post-implementation reviews.
- Provide support to functional and user acceptance testing throughout the development life cycle.
- Responsible for status reporting, knowledge transfer and implementation plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with software application vendors and implementation partners.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification - preferred.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a business or technical analysis role.
