Account Manager

• Work closely with key stakeholders within The Royal Mail group
• Build and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders up to Director level
• Ensure that our Delivery Teams achieve the contractually agreed operational service
• Travel up to 3 days per week to your sites
• Support in the achievement of contractually agreed service levels and operational requirements
• Identify opportunities to grow existing supply
• Manage the supply chain within the delivery team and external suppliers where required
• Run regular review meetings with delivery teams and stakeholders, producing appropriate MI to analyse and inform decision making

Business Development Rep

• Creating and identifying new business opportunities within the local area by developing strong working relationships with employers
• Planning and conducting events such as jobs fairs and employer days
• Post-placement support and account management
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Promoting the Restart Scheme within the community, raising awareness of its benefits and impact
• Maximising the repeating business opportunities through building and maintaining relationships with employers
• Working closely with other teams including Employment Advisers and Skills Trainers to progress participants into work

• Design and deliver engaging training – from face-to-face sessions to virtual and e-learning content
• Shape the future of professional development across our Health & Care division
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure compliance and champion best practice
• Travel across locations to meet training needs and make a real impact

Health & Care Learning & Development Partner

Recruitment

• The Lead Recruitment Manager reports to the Head of Delivery Support and plays a crucial role in managing strategic partnerships with key sector bodies.
• Their focus is on local growth sectors within the contract or region they operate in.
• In addition to overseeing employer engagement strategy, the Lead Recruitment Manager works closely with large regional employers to secure bulk vacancies.
• They collaborate with sector bodies, our Curriculum Team, and employers to develop Sector Routeways that align with employer and sector needs.
• Building and maintaining excellent local relationships is a priority for the Lead Recruitment Manager.
• The Lead Recruitment Manager will be expected to manage their own large employer accounts and will have personal targets to achieve linked to these accounts, this will include pre-screening candidates and managing the whole recruitment process in support with Operations Teams.
