About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with key stakeholders within The Royal Mail group
Build and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders up to Director level
Ensure that our Delivery Teams achieve the contractually agreed operational service
Travel up to 3 days per week to your sites
Support in the achievement of contractually agreed service levels and operational requirements
Identify opportunities to grow existing supply
Manage the supply chain within the delivery team and external suppliers where required
Run regular review meetings with delivery teams and stakeholders, producing appropriate MI to analyse and inform decision making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience working within high-volume recruitment industries
Demonstrable experience working with high level clients
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Experience in recruitment, ideally within a high-volume setting
Experience with MI reporting, ideally using Microsoft systems including Power BI and Excel
