About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with key stakeholders within The Royal Mail group
- Build and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders up to Director level
- Ensure that our Delivery Teams achieve the contractually agreed operational service
- Travel up to 3 days per week to your sites
- Support in the achievement of contractually agreed service levels and operational requirements
- Identify opportunities to grow existing supply
- Manage the supply chain within the delivery team and external suppliers where required
- Run regular review meetings with delivery teams and stakeholders, producing appropriate MI to analyse and inform decision making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience working within high-volume recruitment industries
- Demonstrable experience working with high level clients
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience in recruitment, ideally within a high-volume setting
- Experience with MI reporting, ideally using Microsoft systems including Power BI and Excel
