• You will be a key contributor to the evolution of the AI Copilot, integrating our Marketing, CRM and Conversations solutions to deliver a seamless natural language experience.
• Your role will be to develop and scale robust AI solutions, adopting best practices in LLMOps to ensure response consistency and systemic quality, while actively collaborating with the team to make our AI behave like a true persona, transforming how our customers interact with our products.
• Develop, maintain and scale AI solutions, integrating with various data sources via APIs, MCPs and document stores.
