About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of active partners, with a focus on revenue generation;
  • Act in a consultative manner with partners (agencies and business owners), identifying growth opportunities;
  • Re-establish relationships with strategic partners, especially large agencies;
  • Lead complex negotiations and close opportunities within the portfolio;
  • Prioritize accounts based on business impact (short, medium, and long term);
  • Ensure a structured and active pipeline cadence;
  • Expand the partner base that generates revenue, increasing reach and new opportunities;
  • Re-engage and activate accounts with potential;
  • Conduct trainings, meetings, and partner engagement activities;
  • Perform partner visits and participate in events to strengthen relationships and drive business;
  • Monitor and manage performance via CRM, focusing on monthly revenue targets (NMR), primarily new revenue.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in consultative sales and negotiation, preferably in a B2B context;
  • Experience in partner or channel management (indirect model);
  • Experience with complex sales and longer sales cycles;
  • Experience managing a portfolio, partners, or strategic clients;
  • Strong commercial profile, focused on revenue generation and closing deals;
  • High capacity for organization, planning, and pipeline management;
  • Ability to prioritize based on business impact;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proactive attitude, actively managing the portfolio (not just reactive);
  • Availability to travel and visit partners.
