About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop the cross-functional engineering team, fostering professional growth and development.
Ensure delivery of the 2026 roadmap for AI Connectors, including MCP tools and official integrations.
Maintain the health of development processes, focusing on predictability and quality.
Lead the integration of AI products with the internal billing system and the development of the DevPortal.
Implement quality practices such as testing, monitoring, and inference cost control.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in people management, leading engineering or product teams.
Strong command of software development processes, agile methodologies, backlog management, and metrics.
Conceptual familiarity with AI Agents, MCPs, and LLMs to support strategic decision-making.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Analytical mindset, data-driven orientation, and a strong sense of ownership.
