About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop the cross-functional engineering team, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Ensure delivery of the 2026 roadmap for AI Connectors, including MCP tools and official integrations.
  • Maintain the health of development processes, focusing on predictability and quality.
  • Lead the integration of AI products with the internal billing system and the development of the DevPortal.
  • Implement quality practices such as testing, monitoring, and inference cost control.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in people management, leading engineering or product teams.
  • Strong command of software development processes, agile methodologies, backlog management, and metrics.
  • Conceptual familiarity with AI Agents, MCPs, and LLMs to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset, data-driven orientation, and a strong sense of ownership.
