Technical Recruiter

• Work closely with the CTO to build out engineering, data, and product teams
• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering/data/product roles: kickoff/intake, outbound sourcing, screens, interview coordination, debriefs, offers, and closes
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines through targeted outreach, referrals, events, and talent communities; run ongoing market mapping for priority roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define scorecards, structure interviews, calibrate bar/levels, and train interviewers to drive signal and reduce bias
• Elevate employer brand and candidate experience: write compelling JDs, craft personalized outreach/nurture campaigns, communicate quickly, and negotiate/close top talent

QA Engineer

• Design the QA framework: Develop internal quality standards and scoring rubrics for calls, emails, chats and other support channels; set up calibration sessions to ensure consistency across reviewers.
• Evaluate support interactions: Perform regular reviews of agent interactions against established standards, documenting observations and assessing adherence to regulatory and tone guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback: Deliver actionable coaching to agents, discuss performance trends in one-on-one or group sessions, and partner with team leads on coaching plans.
• Analyze CX metrics: Track and analyze customer-service KPIs (e.g., CSAT, FRT, QA scores) to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage data to drive insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data (e.g., QA scores, CSAT trends, contact drivers, error rates). Identify root causes of issues, quantify impact, and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop training and onboarding: Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with Training and Ops teams to create targeted training and onboarding programs.
• Report on quality trends: Produce regular reports that summarize quality performance by agent, team and issue type; communicate findings to leadership and recommend improvements.
• Implement QA tooling: Evaluate and implement technology to streamline the QA process.
• Champion customer experience: Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations and Compliance to ensure that customer-service standards align with company policies and voice; help embed a culture of quality within the CX organization.

Customer Experience Quality Assurance Lead

Business Operations

• Design, scale, and continuously improve internal processes; own the automation roadmap across teams to reduce manual work and errors.
• Map critical workflows end-to-end, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes with clear SLAs, owners, controls, and documentation.
• Build and ship automations that integrate core tools and data; deprecate redundant steps and measure impact.
• Stand up BI and ops dashboards for lead indicators (cycle time, accuracy, throughput, backlog) and drive a closed-loop improvement cadence.
• Run a cross-functional intake process, manage a quarterly automation roadmap, and deliver projects on time with crisp change management.

Business Operations Lead

Application Engineer

• Collaborate with development squads to validate vulnerabilities and provide actionable remediation guidance aligned with business risk.
• Drive threat modeling sessions (e.g., STRIDE, PASTA) for critical systems and APIs.
• Design, implement, and oversee automated processes for securely updating application and code dependencies, proactively mitigating issues and ensuring timely vulnerability remediation.
• Integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC), working with tools like Semgrep, Snyk, Trivy, and Burp Suite.
• Contribute to runtime security initiatives, such as container/Kubernetes hardening, RASP, and eBPF-based detection.
• Build and maintain a security issues dashboard to track remediation status and metrics.
• Provide real-time support in the event of cybersecurity incidents impacting applications or cloud infrastructure (exploited vuln, credential stuffing, web/API attacks).
• Partner with the Cloud Security team on security automation tasks and monitoring improvements (e.g., Security Hub remediation automations, DLP monitoring, etc.).
• Conduct proactive research on new threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques relevant to Rain’s architecture.
• Collaborate with the GRC team to develop and deliver internal security awareness initiatives, phishing campaigns, and developer training (e.g., secure coding, API security).
• Participate in the continuous improvement of AppSec maturity (e.g., aligning with OWASP SAMM, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 frameworks).

Senior Application Security Engineer

• Manage and coach an Associate Recruiter.
• Build scalable recruiting processes and reporting systems.
• Lead recruiting across all departments with focus on GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and execs to define roles and pursue top talent.
• Build and maintain pipelines through sourcing, networking, and creative strategies.
• Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools, ATS and CRM platforms, and data-driven analytics.

Recruiting Lead

Customer Success Manager

• Coordinate, support and escalate issues between customers, users and Rain internal teams
• Perform scheduled operational tasks on a rotating basis, requiring strict accuracy, and on-time completion
• Work closely with Analytics & Insights teams to monitor and troubleshoot issues proactively and reactively
• Find areas that need improvements, identify redundant processes and help streamline the entire Customer Success function
• Create and improve standardized processes
• Contribute to documentation used for internal or external training/learning

Customer Success Operations Specialist

• Own the entire relationship between Rain Instant Pay and our customers by e stablishing a trusted advisor relationship across the customer's organization, from Executive Sponsors to day-to-day contacts, that works to ensure customers are getting value from our service.
• Develop success plans for customers that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations.
• Lead cross functional projects with internal teams, including sales, product, marketing, and support, to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Work closely with Implementation and Sales to identify new opportunities and facilitate transitions following initial or follow-on deployments.
• Be the customer point of contact and voice for support, queries and functional assistance
• Support the build and demonstration of client success stories to be evangelized among business prospects and industry experts
• Use customer relationships as needed for prospect references.

Product Manager

• Drive the product roadmap for the Rain platform
• Partner closely with engineering to define product requirements and prioritization
• Translate complex blockchain and payments capabilities into intuitive, customer-facing solutions
• Identify market opportunities and gather feedback from fintech, neobank, and institutional partners
• Launch new products and features quickly, measuring adoption and iterating based on customer needs
• Stay ahead of industry trends in stablecoins, payments, and Web3 to inform Rain’s product direction.
• 5–10+ years of experience in product management, ideally in stabelcoins, fintech, or crypto.
• A strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, payments, blockchain concepts) and ability to work closely with engineering.
• Proven track record of shipping products from idea through launch and iteration
• Willingness to get hands dirty
• Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, customers, and partners
• Experience in card issuing, stablecoins, payments, or cross-border fintech products. (Nice to have)
