About the role
- Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss statements to identify trends and insights.\n
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting\n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls\n
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and data-driven decision-making initiatives \n
- Synthesize complex financial analysis into easily digestible and actionable communications for our partners to support decision-making\n
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedural documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field\n
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards\n
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.\n
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)\n
- Background in cost accounting or financial risk management\n
- Proven track record of complex problem solving and decision-making skills\n
- Strong analytical skills and team player\n
- Blockchain and Crypto Accounting experience\n
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus
