About the role
- Manage and coach an Associate Recruiter.
- Build scalable recruiting processes and reporting systems.
- Lead recruiting across all departments with focus on GTM roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and execs to define roles and pursue top talent.
- Build and maintain pipelines through sourcing, networking, and creative strategies.
- Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools, ATS and CRM platforms, and data-driven analytics.
- Champion diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring.
- Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience.
- Occasionally manage executive-level searches.
Requirements
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, with a track record of hiring GTM roles in B2B SaaS (e.g., Account Executives, Marketing, Channel Sales, BDRs, etc.)
- Experience in both large tech companies and scaling startups.
- Experience implementing pre-hire assessments.
- Experience managing and developing recruiting talent.
- Proven ability to design and scale recruiting processes and leverage AI-enabled tools, ATS/CRM platforms, and data-driven analytics.
- Business savvy - ability to partner with leaders and influence decisions.
