• You will be one of the core members of our operations team with the opportunity to contribute to various pieces of our organizational growth. The person in this role will be a leader on the compliance side of things and will report to the Chief Compliance Officer
• Work with the KYC/KYB and AML compliance officer to help manage our comprehensive compliance program and liaise with all regulatory agencies and financial service providers
• Analyze and evaluate the company’s policies, procedures, products, and business practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Actionalize and refine KYB, KYC, and AML processes and procedures based on best practices informed by operational data
• Oversee and implement all aspects of regulatory compliance programs.

• Contribute to the firm’s risk management efforts
• Monitor and analyze customer and transaction data to identify any potential suspicious activity and complete the required forms, such as OFAC reports and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARS), if necessary

• Stay up to date on all compliance-related developments in relevant jurisdictions impacting business activities, and continually refine and perfect the company’s compliance programs

Customer Support

• Assist customers via email, chat, and phone, delivering accurate, friendly, and timely support.
• Troubleshoot account, card, and transaction-related issues, using Rain’s internal systems and resources.

• Be a critical part of the technical infrastructure roadmap
• Manage our cloud environments across GCP and AWS
• Scale our infrastructure to millions of end users globally
• Help drive the architectural decisions of a rapidly evolving product
• Lead the creation and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable deployments
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve infrastructure performance
• Build infrastructure to interact with millions of smart contracts across dozens of blockchains
• Automate security controls and compliance processes to protect sensitive financial data

Marketing

• Regional GTM & planning. Build the LATAM marketing plan tied to pipeline and revenue targets; define objectives, budgets, and quarterly calendars
• Target account strategy. Partner with BD leadership to refine ICPs and named account lists; run ABM campaigns and outreach plays by segment (exchanges, neobanks, fintechs, banks)
• Partner & field marketing. Design co-marketing with strategic partners (announcements, case studies, webinars, in-person events); equip BD with region-ready plays
• Localization & product marketing. Translate and adapt messaging, proof points, one-pagers, pricing narratives, and demos for local buyers; maintain a regional message house
• Content for the region. Produce market-specific explainers, regulatory primers, and customer stories that educate enterprise buyers on onchain payments
• Events & activations. Own LATAM event strategy (flagship conferences, roadshows, private roundtables); drive pre/during/post programs and measurable ROI

• Measurement. Be accountable for pipeline influence in-region; report insights and iterate quickly
• Enablement. Build regional sales decks, talk tracks, objection handling, and case studies
• Agency & vendor management. Source and manage regional specialists (events, creative, PR, translators, etc.)
• Feedback loop. Bring market signal (customer pain, regulatory shifts, competitors) back to HQ to sharpen Rain’s overall strategy

Marketing Manager

Sales Engineer

• Partner with BD as the subject matter expert for Rain’s product lines
• Drive Pre-Sales Implementation as a customer-facing guide for enterprise clients
• Project Manage the Deal, organizing resources and timelines for complex sales cycles
• Solution Design & Integrations, acting as a technical consultant for client stack
• Manage Technical deliverables by owning the creation of RFPs, RFI responses, and technical proposals
• Post-Sales Handoff, packaging technical context and requirements for Account Managers

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the accounts receivable process as part of the FinOps team, and serve as the main point of contact on payroll and repayments for a dedicated set of customer accounts
• Reconcile payments from employers with their corresponding invoices
• Coordinate with employers to ensure timely adjustments and payment
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies through communication with employers, coordination with other internal teams, and/or financial adjustments

Finance Operations Analyst

Machine Learning Engineer

• Architect and build scalable ML systems for fraud detection, anomaly detection, and behavioral analysis
• Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and continuous monitoring
• Design and implement low-latency, real-time decision systems partnering with fraud risk data scientists, integrating with transaction or behavioral data streams
• Own ML infrastructure, including model versioning, automated retraining, and safe deployment strategies (e.g., shadow, rollback).

• Coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones, managing complex calendars with ease

• Own the monthly close process across a multi-entity, multi-currency organization
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, including international subsidiaries

• Build Rain’s GTM systems from the ground up — architect the CRM, workflows, routing logic, and automations that power BD, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Design and own opportunity, pipeline, and deal-acceleration workflows, ensuring every stage is clear, measurable, and efficient.
• Implement AI-native automations that surface next-best actions, trigger follow-ups, and reduce manual work across GTM teams.
• Unify the GTM tech stack (CRM, sequencing tools, data enrichment, call intelligence, analytics) into one scalable, coherent system.
• Partner with BD leadership to establish operating rhythms: forecasting, pipeline reviews, account planning, renewal workflows.
