• Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders for payroll-related inquiries
• Handle a high volume of inbound requests via phone and email
• Manage monthly workload of 200–400 support tickets ensuring SLA performance and CSAT
• Answer payroll questions and provide clear guidance
• Ensure secure handling of confidential payroll information
• Work closely with Internal Support team and other departments
• Review account setup and support workflows involving government agencies
• Create and update knowledge base articles
• Meet or exceed quarterly targets

Machine Learning Engineer

• Design, develop and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines/systems for various problems such as sales/labour forecasting, anomaly detection
• Identify and collect relevant data sources required for our projects
• Integrate with external data and AI APIs
• Own machine learning based features end to end, from model experimentation to the end user
• Communicate results with various stakeholders and be able to describe how projects can impact our clients
• Maintain high standards in our team by performing regular code reviews

Sales Development Rep

• Researching, prospecting and qualifying leads in the hospitality space across the United States.
• Contact prospects through outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other means.
• Enthusiastically working on outbound activities, representing the company in a highly professional manner.
• Successfully and accurately answering prospect questions and providing appropriate additional information to the Account Executives.
• Achieving monthly/quarterly pipeline and activity targets
