Account Executive

• Drive new-logo acquisition across Mid-Market and Strategic restaurant groups
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with operators, finance leaders, HR teams, payroll teams, and ownership groups
• Build and execute territory plans that create long-term pipeline and market presence
• Identify whitespace opportunities across emerging chains, franchise groups, and enterprise restaurant organizations
• Understand operational pain deeply across QSR, fast casual, full-service, and multi-location restaurant groups
• Position workforce management (WFM), payroll, hiring, labor compliance, scheduling, and HR technology solutions in a way that connects directly to operational outcomes
• Lead compelling discovery, executive conversations, ROI alignment, and consensus-building across buying committees
• Run disciplined deal cycles from outbound engagement through close
• Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams
• Mentor SDRs and help elevate outbound prospecting motions
• Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to maximize productivity across prospecting, account research, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
• Help shape the future of the U.S. GTM motion through process improvements, experimentation, and operational rigor.

Operations

• Own our webinar program end-to-end — from scheduling and registration through promotion, follow-up, and reporting
• Lead speaker coordination, attendee management, and platform execution
• Drive a consistent monthly webinar cadence (minimum 1 per month) and hold the program to that pace
• Build and own our event calendar; every event goes to market with a clear brief, budget, and pipeline target
• Manage all event logistics: venue, vendor, swag, shipping, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up. Some travel may be required.
• Lead execution for trade shows, partner activations, and field marketing programs across our two brands
• Own execution for co-webinars and co-marketing programs alongside our Partner Marketing Manager as needed
• Report on program performance and bring insights back to the team — not just the numbers, but what they mean
• Own the campaign calendar — every program, every asset deadline, every launch date, all in one place
• Coordinate across design, content, paid, and lifecycle teams to make sure programs launch on time with the right assets
• Build and maintain repeatable workflows that make the team faster over time — we use Asana and HubSpot and we want someone who builds systems, not just uses them
• Run a regular feedback cadence with our SDR and AE teams — what messaging is resonating, what program leads are converting, what's coming up in conversations
• Document what you learn and bring it back to the team so every program gets sharper than the last
• Coordinate post-program lead handoff.

Revenue Programs Marketing Manager

Account Manager

• Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of technology and affiliate partners as their primary point of contact, from onboarding and go-live through to long-term success
• Guide partners through Push's integration processes, coordinating internal resources across Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure a smooth launch
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-selling motions, referral activation, and joint go-to-market execution with key partners
• Develop and execute partner business plans with clear revenue targets, enablement programs, and co-marketing opportunities to expand Push brand awareness and TAM; lead regular QBRs and joint planning sessions
• Collaborate with Sales to align on shared accounts, warm introductions, and territory strategy; work with CSMs to ensure partner integrations are adopted and delivering value to joint customers
• Partner with Marketing to develop co-branded campaigns, case studies, joint events, and integration spotlights that drive awareness and pipeline
• Bring the partner voice into Product roadmap conversations by identifying integration gaps, surface partner feedback, and advocate for enhancements that deepen ecosystem stickiness
• Track and report on partner KPIs including pipeline contribution, integration adoption, partner satisfaction, and revenue attribution; present insights to leadership on category performance.

Partner Manager

• Using information from monitoring systems to pinpoint issues
• Bringing old code into line with new standards
• Helping build and scale back-end services and APIs
• Infrastructure maintenance and scaling tasks, including infrastructure-as-code
• Working with internal teams to find and implement innovative solutions to current bottlenecks in workflows
• Writing, testing, and reviewing high-quality, maintainable code

Customer Success Manager

• Build Relationships - own strategic business relationships with enterprise customers to ensure Push becomes a foundational piece of their business, driving adoption and expansion
• Customer Experience - demonstrate empathy and excellence to ensure that each touchpoint across the customer journey is seamless, engaging, efficient, and delightful
• Customer Engagement - leveraging the in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business, strategy and goals to continuously build the adoption and engagement of Push to increase retention and expansion
