• The Mortgage Closer is responsible for reviewing loan packages, scheduling loan closings, and preparation of loan closing documents prior to loan funding.
• Manages pipeline of loans to ensure service standards and financial goals are met.
• Reviews files for accuracy, updates information on LOS as needed, and clears closing conditions.
• Prepares initial closing disclosure along with closing package.
• Ensures loans are in accordance with federal and state regulations such as, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending Practices.
