About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serves as the internal brand liaison and authority for Planet’s newly launched visual identity, reviewing and approving all creative work to ensure consistency and alignment with standards.
- Develops and implements comprehensive marketing programs that support business objectives and increase brand value.
- Develops and executes a content and social strategy for the master brand; ensures synchronicity across products and channels.
- Collaborates internally to identify gaps, provides support, and develops tools and templates to meet ongoing business development, sales, and marketing needs.
- Monitors industry news and identifies trends, opportunities, and customer behaviors that inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborates with Marketing Analyst to measure campaign performance, brand equity and provides regular reporting and insights for optimization.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of brand management, marketing, or related experience, with demonstrated ownership of brand strategy and creative output
- Experience in financial services, mortgage, banking, or real estate industries strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing campaigns across B2B and B2C channels with measurable results
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Must be detail oriented, extremely organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive in monitoring work and resolving issues
