Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred) or passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
Proven experience in inside sales or the insurance industry, with expertise in the sales process and client management required.
Experience with managing customer relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
Problem-solving mentality.
