DevOps Engineer

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers, partnering with the People team to recruit and retain top-tier talent.
• Oversee the availability, latency, performance, and capacity of services within our FedRamp and DoD compliant environments.
• Manage a global on-call rotation using a follow-the-sun model, lead the incident response process, and conduct blameless post-mortems to prevent recurrence while satisfying all regulatory reporting requirements.
• Drive the automation of infrastructure, build/release processes, and operations to reduce manual overhead and improve reliability and compliance.
• Establish and maintain the Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) program for the environment, ensuring the timely collection and reporting of evidence (e.g., vulnerability scans, audit logs).
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to scope, plan, and execute on the SRE roadmap.
• Collaborate intimately with Security and Compliance teams to ensure our services meet and exceed government compliance and security standards, including active participation in the annual audit cycle.

Manager, Site Reliability Engineering – Government Cloud

Technical Account Manager

• Provide clients with technical recommendations and best practices for Ping solutions based on their identity and security needs
• Facilitate visibility into company’s product roadmap to help educate and engage customers
• Assist with over-the-shoulder configuration help on features and flows
• Coordinate and conduct business reviews with customer leadership to highlight success against goals/performance
• Assistance in planning, strategizing roll-outs and upgrades for platform adoption by the customer
• Provide customers with ad-hoc training to help build the skills in the 'most needed' areas
• Engage in the escalation and priority of support tickets created by clients in the program as needed
• Provide product demonstrations of Ping technologies
• Coordinate with other Ping Identity teams – including Support, Engineering and Product Management teams – to ensure customer needs are being addressed and resolved
• Provide feedback to Product Management for future products or enhancements based on trends and requirements
• Occasional availability during off-hours to act as a liaison or escalation point of contact due to your customers upgrade or critical implementation of Ping products

• Jointly work as part of the DACH leadership team and the Senior Field Marketing Manager for Northern Europe to develop the strategic approach required for success in region to drive exceptional growth
• Work with internal parties and third-party vendors to develop and achieve our Go To Market vision in region
• Execute the DACH plan with clear focus on delivering the metrics of success
• Review, refine and develop the GTM tactics on a regular basis to ensure continued engagement and penetration into the named strategic accounts
• Work with the Pan-EMEA Programmes lead to create and execute vertical or use case led GTM plans for Account Executives to an enterprise audience (ABM 1:Few, 1:1)
• Provide articulate feedback on the campaigns, analysis of success and next steps

• Create, implement, measure and review a personal plan that drives achievement of performance goals aligned to the regional sales strategy.
• Position and articulate our value proposition to customers to maximize the business opportunity.
• Negotiate and close complex contracts with the support of global partners.
• Report on sales activity and forecasts to senior management.
• Prepare indicative subscription pricing and customer offers, including reviewing broader opportunities such as training and professional services modules, and guides request for proposal responses.
• Provides customer feedback to marketing, customer success, product management, and engineering teams.
• Work collaboratively to acquire additional/specialist resources as needed.

• Creates, implements, measures and reviews a strategic or operational plan that drives achievement of business goals aligned to overall Ping strategy
• Uses mechanisms such as territory planning, account plans, opportunity inspection, pipeline management, account reviews, forecast calls, etc.
• Advises and coaches the sales team around how to position and articulate Ping Identity’s value proposition at Enterprise customers, thus increasing the average deal size
• Identifies and pursues opportunities to expand business activities within areas of responsibility
• Leverages GSIs &amp; other partners to help source, develop and progress business
• Plans and controls the expense associated with the area of responsibility even if not responsible for overall cost center
• Establishes working relationships with external parties which supports the achievement of business goals
• Is conversant with Ping Identity’s systems and procedures and ensures effective use of and conformance to standard business practices and tools (i.e. SFDC – SalesForce.com)
