• Maintain a messaging hierarchy that ensures consistency across web, collateral, and RFPs.
• Own proactive and reactive competitive intelligence, including primary competitors, new market entrants, and potential impact of forecasted market movements.
• Own content library with product and services descriptions, competitive advantage, integration capabilities, tech and security assessment resources.
• Maintain competitive intel resources (battlecards) and content library for use in analyst reports and RFP responses.
• Establish competitive intel management and distribution processes and update cadence.

Solutions Engineer

• Develop and maintain product expertise and a deep understanding of our clients and their workflows
• Onboard and train new clients through remote and onsite delivery; analyzing their scheduling requirements and configuring the software to streamline their workflows
• Use your analytical and troubleshooting skills to provide continued support for clients regarding potential issues with configuration and advise on corrective steps
• Build trusting relationships, drive high levels of end-user satisfaction and ensure the client is maximizing the value of their Lightning Bolt investment, e.g., executive sponsors, department/service line directors and key strategic practices

• Provide vision and direction of the product from a patient and user-centered perspective to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess new initiatives for strategic, product, and market fit, return on investment, and RICE priority. This includes developing a business case, documenting product requirements, conducting user interviews, reviewing application metrics, and surveying customers to collect supporting evidence.
• Refine initiatives for estimation by the development team collaboratively with UX designers, and architects.
