• Tu es l'interlocuteur privilégié de notre base client qui a choisi Pennylane comme logiciel central de leur gestion comptable et financière.
• Tu te trouves donc au cœur de l'expérience client 360 et fais profiter les clients et leurs comptables de la pleine puissance de Pennylane au service de leur croissance.
• Tu es le point de relais central entre nos clients Dirigeants, leurs Comptables internalisés et les Cabinets Comptable.
• Tu es en contact quotidien avec les utilisateurs et tu cherches à comprendre les problèmes qu'ils rencontrent.
• Après investigation, ton but est d'apporter une réponse ou solution à ton interlocuteur, ou quand cela est nécessaire, d'escalader le problème aux équipes techniques.
• Tu as aussi la charge d'aider les comptables d’entreprises et de cabinets à intégrer leurs données sur Pennylane afin de faciliter leur migration.
• Dans tes premiers mois, tu intègres la Pennylane Academy et te formes sur le produit et les rouages de l'équipe. Tu apprends tout ce qu'il faut savoir sur notre entreprise, notre vision, et nos différents départements.
• Tu commences à répondre à des demandes liées à la comptabilité : réception des demandes, qualification et apports de réponses rapides et impactantes.

Support Specialist — Accounting & Operations

Account Executive

• Due to business growth and the objectives for 2026, we are opening new Account Executive positions on the firm side to join the Medium team focused on accounting firms.
• Your mission will be to understand the accounting and management challenges faced by SME leaders and by accounting firms, and to identify what Pennylane can bring to both groups. Once you’ve done that, you will be responsible for a region of France and your objective will be to win over the Medium firms in your territory.
• You will hold meetings, remotely or in person, during which you will engage with accounting firms to:
• - Understand their firm and the challenges they face in meeting the needs of their teams and clients
• - Present Pennylane and demonstrate how it would change their day-to-day work
• - Close the sale with the firm, encouraging them to keep the accounting for a significant portion of their portfolio on Pennylane
• After the sale is closed and the first files are managed by the accounting firm, you will support the firm over time to:
• - Retain and grow the number of files managed on Pennylane. Drive growth across your portfolio of firms
• - Coordinate support teams to ensure the service delivered meets the firms’ expectations
• - Develop a network of promoter firms that can refer other peers

Technical and Accounting Support Expert

• Ces dirigeants peuvent aussi bénéficier de l’accompagnement d’un-e comptable spécialiste de leurs problématiques via l'un de nos cabinets d'expertise-comptable partenaires.
• Tu es l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des cabinets comptables, aux côtés du commercial lors de la phase de pilote : dès la phase de pilote/test et tout au long de la vie des contrats.
• Tu t’assures d’une communication efficace avec ton client, comprendre les besoins, et s'assurer que le projet satisfait les exigences par le cabinet.
• En tant que PrM chez Pennylane, ton rôle comprendra 3 grandes dimensions : Relation client, Gestion de projet, Gestion des ressources.

Backend Engineer

Fullstack Software Engineer – Ruby on Rails, React

Content Manager

• Coordinate product listings: gather briefs from Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) according to a prioritization scoring system; participate in weekly meetings
• Brief and guide internal and external contributors (design, agencies, vendors, internal experts, etc.): write briefs, guidelines, examples, manage back-and-forths and approvals
• Write and distribute communications about new features, product launches and major updates across various channels (website, social media, internal channels)
• Define, produce and execute a lead generation strategy using downloadable content (white papers, checklists, practical guides)
• Organize and host webinars for our different audiences (SMBs, accounting firms, creators) to generate new leads and increase engagement with Pennylane solutions
• Design and coordinate event content: pitches, presentations, explainer videos, brochures, trade show materials, partner event assets and major industry events (ComptaTech, DAFTech, Pennylane events, etc.)
• Oversee production of video content tied to product highlights and events: scripts, pre-production, shooting, post-production (working with internal teams and/or vendors)
• Lead the creation of programs and dedicated initiatives for key events (e.g., ComptaTech program for creators), ensuring relevance, quality and content consistency
• Ensure regular updates of product pages and offers (completeness, storytelling, highlighting functional benefits)
