About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate product listings: gather briefs from Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) according to a prioritization scoring system; participate in weekly meetings
- Brief and guide internal and external contributors (design, agencies, vendors, internal experts, etc.): write briefs, guidelines, examples, manage back-and-forths and approvals
- Write and distribute communications about new features, product launches and major updates across various channels (website, social media, internal channels)
- Define, produce and execute a lead generation strategy using downloadable content (white papers, checklists, practical guides)
- Organize and host webinars for our different audiences (SMBs, accounting firms, creators) to generate new leads and increase engagement with Pennylane solutions
- Design and coordinate event content: pitches, presentations, explainer videos, brochures, trade show materials, partner event assets and major industry events (ComptaTech, DAFTech, Pennylane events, etc.)
- Oversee production of video content tied to product highlights and events: scripts, pre-production, shooting, post-production (working with internal teams and/or vendors)
- Lead the creation of programs and dedicated initiatives for key events (e.g., ComptaTech program for creators), ensuring relevance, quality and content consistency
- Ensure regular updates of product pages and offers (completeness, storytelling, highlighting functional benefits)
- Drive competitive monitoring and continuously enrich the site with relevant product marketing content
- Serve as the link between Product, Sales and Marketing teams: share the roadmap, report customer/user insights, and co-create educational and marketing materials
- Immerse in accounting firm workflows (Sales/CSM feedback, verbatims, field insights) to inform product storytelling and precisely address pain points
- Collaborate with international teams (e.g., Germany) to share best practices, adapt messages and replicate learnings (while ensuring brand consistency)
- Act as the product reference point for the marketing team, ensuring distribution of post-mortems, learnings and product updates
- Actively participate in market monitoring, gathering customer needs and feeding the content & product strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Around 5 years’ experience in product content (ideally B2B)
- Excellent writing skills: clarity, pedagogical approach, attention to detail
- Ability to understand product topics and translate them into benefits (without jargon)
- Highly comfortable working cross-functionally: coordination, prioritization, managing multiple stakeholders (Brand, Product, PMM, Sales, etc.)
- Impact-driven: able to measure (engagement, conversion, lead generation, Sales re-use) and iterate
- Comfortable using generative AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Notion AI, etc.) to accelerate production and content variations, with careful review and critical judgment (quality, tone, factual accuracy)
- Content will be published in French, requiring native-level mastery of the language
- Good level of English required
