• Own the product vision and execution strategy for the Monetisation group, aligned with short- and medium-term business objectives, ensuring coherent cross-squad prioritization (trade-offs, dependencies, sequencing, capacity).
• Co-develop with Strategy & Ops and Marketing teams a unified acquisition and go-to-market strategy (positioning, activation, growth loops), with a particular focus on payment acceptance.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 3 PMs by structuring rituals, raising standards, and improving the quality of product decisions. You will work with a mix of junior and senior PMs, addressing multiple management and growth challenges.

• Manage relationships with strategic partners: Defacto (credit) and Adyen (payment terminals).
• Accelerate adoption and penetration of payment acceptance products (cash-in and payment terminals), maximizing impact on revenue and product usage.
• Build the short-term credit offering (cash advance): scoping, discovery, launch, iteration, and scale-up. Part of this mission will be supporting the construction of our credit stack to enable operation under licenses currently being applied for.

Senior Group Product Manager – Financial Services

• Audit and analysis of functional requirements
