• Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Data-Lösungen und stellst sicher, dass sie sowohl analytische als auch fachliche Anforderungen erfüllen.

Accounting Project Manager

Customer Success Manager

• As a CSM for Medium Accounts, you are responsible for adoption, satisfaction, retention and expansion of a portfolio of mid-sized firms (between 150 and 300 client files).
• You act as the strategic partner for the firms in your portfolio and support them in their digital transformation journey with Pennylane: platform adoption, evolution of business practices, optimization of internal firm management, and proposing additional services to their clients.
• Take ownership of the firm relationship once migration is completed, delivering a high-value customer experience.
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction through a proactive approach, while empowering firms to take responsibility for the actions they must take to unlock value (CSAT).

Customer Success Manager – Medium Accounts

• As a CSM for Small Accounts, you will be responsible for the adoption, satisfaction and retention of a portfolio of small accounting firms.

• Your objective: reduce time-to-value, foster regular use of Pennylane and prevent churn, while identifying suitable expansion opportunities.

• Build lightweight, actionable Success Plans with clear milestones (activation, adoption of key features, autonomy).

• Prioritize your actions using usage and account health dashboards.
• Quickly define objectives, governance and success criteria with the firm.
• Plan pragmatic deployments: checklists, templates, mini-trainings (webinars, tutorials), timelines and follow-up.
• Drive adoption of priority features and accounting best practices.
• Monitor weak signals (declining usage, recurring support tickets, negative feedback) and launch anti-churn action plans.

• As a member of the Application and Technical Support team, you act as the central liaison between our client executives, their in-house accountants and accounting firms.
• You communicate daily with users and seek to understand the issues they encounter.
• After investigation, your goal is to provide an answer or solution to your interlocutor, or when necessary, to escalate the issue to the technical teams.
• You are also responsible for helping company accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate their migration.
• During the first months, you will join the Pennylane Academy and receive ongoing product and team training.
• You gain autonomy and take full ownership by ensuring proper follow-up of requests until tickets are fully resolved to guarantee user satisfaction.
