Full-stack Engineer

• Design and build full-stack features for our conversational AI assistant, with particular depth and ownership on the frontend/UX side.
• Apply hands-on experience with LLM-based and agentic systems — prompt design, tool/function calling, multi-step agent reasoning, evaluation — to shape both how the assistant behaves and how that behavior surfaces in the UI.
• Bring product taste and a strong point of view on what makes an AI-driven experience great — push for a better UX rather than shipping 'good enough.'
• Push the boundaries of what conversational and generative AI interfaces can feel like — prototype and propose new interaction patterns as the underlying models and agent capabilities evolve.
• Help shape the future of how people interact with software at Pebl — you’ll be working at the edge of what’s possible in conversational and agentic UX, not maintaining what’s already been figured out.
• Build and maintain both frontend and backend components (TypeScript/React on the frontend; comfortable enough on the backend to design clean contracts and APIs that support agentic workflows).
• Lead by example in clean, maintainable code across the stack; mentor junior team members and foster a culture of constant learning and improvement.
• Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Strategy and Operations Manager

Accounting Manager

• Lead and coordinate the global month-end and quarter-end close process across regional finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with US GAAP
• Own the month-end accruals process, partnering with procurement and FP&A for opex close activities to ensure quality and accuracy
• Oversee reconciliations, monthly flux analyses, and management reporting to ensure quality, accuracy, and meaningful commentary
• Ensure GL design integrity and that system integrations function correctly; partner with systems/IT and business teams to troubleshoot and improve data flows into the GL
• Own intercompany accounting and multi-currency consolidation (ASC 810, ASC 830) — including FX translation, remeasurement, and elimination entries — to support accurate global financial reporting

• Execute payroll for employees across CA, supporting multiple pay frequencies with accuracy and timeliness.
• Meet defined SLAs for ticket resolution, payroll processing, and calculation accuracy.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions and reporting.
• Validate payroll data across HRIS and payroll systems; provide weekly and ad hoc reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Process payroll and invoice data within our global finance platform to support audit requirements and deliver accurate client payroll packages.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate inputs into HR and payroll systems.
• Support account management teams on payroll and billing inquiries.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of state, local, regional, and country-specific payroll regulations, including PEO compliance requirements.

Payroll Specialist

Vice President

• Own the payment flows that fund payroll across 130 countries and 60+ currencies so that every funding cycle clears accurately and on time.
• Improve cross-border payment infrastructure including routing, settlement timing, provider mix, and payment rails such as SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, Faster Payments, and BACS.
• Evaluate and pilot newer payment rails including stablecoin and crypto settlement, where they cut cost or speed delivery for clients, subject to legal and compliance review.
• Own rolling 90/180-day cash forecasting that factors in AR collections, client funding timing, and operating burn, with scenario planning to avoid liquidity gaps.
• Manage investment of operating and client cash through a managed portfolio balancing yield, safety, and liquidity.
• Understand financial reporting and own the treasury-related income statement line items (interest income, FX gains and losses, bank fees), with accountability for the related balance sheet positions.
• Own FX execution and hedging across all operating currencies, and keep spread costs and FX losses down through active provider management.
• Negotiate and benchmark FX and banking rates on an ongoing basis, keeping providers in competition to protect margin.
• Own primary banking relationships and the global account structure across 20+ banking partners and 150+ accounts; consolidate accounts and improve bank fees, earnings credits, and interest on idle balances.
• Source and build banking partnerships that scale with the business and hold up in a future transaction or diligence process.
• Own the control environment for money movement: signatory governance, maker-checker discipline, account segregation, and transaction limits.
• Run fraud-prevention controls for company and client funds, including separating primary cash from operating accounts and capping exposed accounts.
• Keep KYC and audit work on a forward calendar rather than reactive, and ensure controls satisfy SOX and external audit and risk committee review.
• Own treasury's AI and automation roadmap and cut the manual work the function carries today, without giving up accuracy or control.
• Target the highest-value use cases (forecasting, reconciliation, anomaly and fraud detection, reporting) and work with Finance Operations and Engineering to ship them.
• Raise the team's AI fluency and show what a modern treasury operation can run on.
