Manager, Expand

Revenue Operations

• Analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sales performance to identify opportunities to improve revenue outcomes
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into key revenue metrics such as pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, and forecast accuracy
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop actionable insights that improve go-to-market performance
• Support forecasting processes and help improve predictability of revenue performance
• Identify operational inefficiencies across the revenue lifecycle and design scalable solutions
• Improve core revenue processes including lead management, pipeline management, forecasting, and handoffs between teams
• Standardize workflows and documentation to improve operational consistency across teams
• Help drive adoption of best practices across the revenue organization
• Partner with RevOps leadership to optimize and maintain CRM and revenue technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, analytics tools)

Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Payroll

• Execute and shape global payroll strategy in partnership with senior leadership, ensuring alignment across Employer of Record services, technology, client service, and operations.
• Support the payroll product roadmap by collaborating with R&D and cross-functional teams, contributing insights to drive scalability, automation, and stronger customer experiences.
• Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery across multiple regions.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on payroll best practices and process improvements, providing a consultative approach to optimize global payroll execution.
• Lead internal process improvements, streamlining workflows, integrating systems, and leveraging automation and data to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage and develop a global payroll team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance and mitigate risks by working closely with Legal, Compliance, and regional experts to meet regulatory requirements worldwide.

Head of Payroll

Operations

• Support strategic projects across the company by conducting research, preparing analyses, and tracking progress against goals.
• Help identify operational inefficiencies and work with stakeholders to recommend and implement improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics to enable data-driven decision making.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews, including presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Finance, Sales) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Contribute to special projects such as process optimization, new tool adoption, and M&A integration.

Strategy & Operations Manager

Administration

• Manage end-to-end administration of the company’s 401(k) plan(s), including eligibility, enrollments, deferral changes, employer contributions, loan and hardship processes, distributions, notices, and participant support.
• Partner with recordkeepers, TPAs, payroll, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll deductions, contribution funding, and reconciliation.
• Oversee annual retirement plan activities, including nondiscrimination testing, census review, audit support, Form 5500 coordination, plan notices, and correction of operational issues when needed.
• Monitor plan operations for compliance with ERISA, IRS, and Department of Labor requirements.
• Support plan design changes, vendor transitions, and retirement education initiatives to improve employee participation and experience.
• Administer U.S. health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, commuter, COBRA, and leave-related benefits.
• Own benefits onboarding, life event changes, terminations, employee communications, and escalated issue resolution.
• Manage open enrollment planning and execution, including system setup, testing, employee education, vendor coordination, and post-enrollment reconciliation.
• Review carrier invoices and eligibility files to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain benefits content in HRIS, knowledge bases, employee guides, and internal process documentation.
• Ensure benefits processes align with the needs of an EOR business model, including coordination across internal teams supporting U.S. employees and client populations.
• Help manage benefits compliance across a multi-state U.S. workforce, including ACA tracking, required notices, plan document administration, and eligibility rules.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on benefits-related policies, employee communications, and risk management.
• Support audits, internal controls, and documentation for benefits and retirement plan administration.
• Identify gaps, streamline processes, and implement scalable controls that improve service delivery and reduce compliance risk.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for brokers, carriers, retirement plan vendors, COBRA administrators, leave vendors, and other external partners.
• Track vendor performance against SLAs, escalate issues, and lead regular operational reviews.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, People Ops, Finance, and Customer/Client teams to ensure smooth execution of benefits programs.
• Provide clear, practical guidance to employees, managers, and internal stakeholders on benefits policies and programs.
